Claims

熱交換器の出口側に接続した出湯路を、一般給
湯栓に接続する一般給湯路と、開閉弁を介して浴
槽に接続する風呂給湯路とに分岐し、風呂給湯路
側は使用者が設定した湯温で浴槽に湯張りする落
し込み給湯と所定の高温で給湯して浴槽湯温を昇
温させる高温差し湯との二つの機能を有したもの
において、熱交換器の入口側に接続した給水路と
一般給湯路とを連通するバイパス路を設け、この
バイパス路の水量を可変する水量調節手段と、一
般給湯栓の開栓を検知する手段とを設けて、高温
給湯と一般給湯との同時使用は許容し、落し込み
給湯と一般給湯との同時使用は禁止するように前
記開閉弁を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする
