Conventionally, a parking device has been provided in which vehicles are stored by circulating a plurality of vehicle loading pallets in a parking space downstairs or underground, an entrance is provided on the floor or above ground, and a parking space for vehicles facing the entrance is provided. There is a mechanical parking facility that has a hoistway formed between the entry space and the parking space, and is equipped with a lifting lift that moves up and down the hoistway to transport pallets.

By the way, in this type of mechanical parking equipment,
Frequently, the position of the hoistway and the entrance/exit may be misaligned due to the location conditions of the building or the arrangement of pillars.

In this case, a pallet shifting mechanism and a movable boarding deck are usually provided in the vehicle entry space, and the pallets that have reached the vehicle entry space by the lift are moved to one side directly in front of the entrance/exit by the pallet shifting mechanism, and then The movable boarding deck is driven to come alongside the side of the pallet. Therefore, it is only possible to get on or off the pallet by moving the pallet to one side and moving the movable boarding deck in two steps, which inevitably lengthens the time it takes to get in and out of the warehouse.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention includes a movable body that can be moved in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the vehicle entry direction by an appropriate drive mechanism at the boundary between the hoistway and the vehicle entry space, and a movable body that can be moved toward the entrance/exit side of the vehicle. Consisting of a pallet connector fixed at the tip end and a board with one side edge pivoted to the upper surface of the moving body so as to be able to swing up and down, it is normally used for lifting and lowering the lift and for moving the pallets mounted on the lift. Waiting outside the range, when the loaded pallet is raised by the lifting lift, the coupling tool engages with the side of the pallet, and the moving body moves toward the entrance/exit.
With two operations, the pallet is moved to one side and the boarding board is placed horizontally alongside the pallet at the same time.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a movable entry/exit device in a mechanical parking facility for the purpose of shortening entry/exit time.

As detailed above, the movable boarding device of the present invention is
The pallet that has been raised by the lifting lift is connected to the moving body using the pallet connector, and by moving the moving body towards the entrance/exit, the pallet is moved to one side directly in front of the entrance/exit and the boarding board is moved. Since the horizontal approach to the side of the pallet was carried out at the same time, the time required for loading and unloading operations could be significantly shortened. Furthermore, when the pallet is placed directly in front of the loading/unloading entrance, the pallet is surrounded by the boarding board, boarding deck, and fixed deck, blocking the hoistway, so the driver can safely load the pallet onto the pallet. You can get on and off the vehicle.

[Scope of Utility Model Registration Claim] (1) A parking device is provided in a downstairs or underground parking space that circulates and moves multiple pallets for mounting on vehicles;
An entrance/exit is provided on the floor or on the ground, a hoistway is formed between a vehicle entrance space facing the entrance/exit and the parking space, and the pallet is mounted on a longitudinal rail within the hoistway. In a mechanical parking facility that is equipped with a lifting lift that raises and lowers the vehicle, and in which the entrance/exit and the hoistway are misaligned in a direction perpendicular to the vehicle entry direction at the entrance/exit, the hoistway and the vehicle entry space are At the boundary, a fixed rail is provided that communicates with the elevated vertical rail except for the vertical rail passage, and a movable body that can be moved in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the vehicle entry direction by an appropriate drive mechanism is provided, A pallet connector is provided at the end of the moving body on the entrance/exit side to connect the pallets mounted on the elevator when the vertical rail rises to the level of the fixed rail due to the lift of the elevator, and the pallet connecting device connects the pallet mounted on the elevator to the hoistway side of the entrance/exit. One side of the movable body is vertically swingably pivoted on the upper surface of the movable body, and when the movable body moves toward the entrance/exit, it becomes in a horizontal use state and the movable body moves toward the side opposite the entrance/exit. A mechanical parking facility characterized in that a boarding board that swings and enters a standby state is provided, and when the movable body moves toward the entrance/exit, a pallet connected to the movable body moves directly in front of the entrance/exit. Movable boarding device. (2) The drive mechanism is provided with a horizontal swinging arm that can be driven to rotate around a vertical axis with the base as a fulcrum, and a horizontally rotatable pushing roller is pivotally supported at the tip of the horizontal swinging arm. The movable entry/exit in the mechanical parking facility according to claim 1 of the registered utility model, wherein rollers are rotatably fitted into recesses in a channel material extending in the direction of vehicle entry into the movable body. Device. (3) The pallet connector is comprised of a female metal fitting with a U-shaped cross section that opens in the vertical direction, and is capable of removably engaging only in the vertical direction with a male metal fitting fixed to the side of the pallet.Registered as a utility model. A movable getting on/off device in a mechanical parking facility according to claim 1. (4) The board is curved upward at the end opposite to the entrance/exit, and a guide roller is pivotally supported at the end, and the guide is attached to a guide rail installed vertically on the wall of the building in the vehicle entry space. When the rollers are engaged and the movable body moves toward the side opposite to the entrance/exit, it stands up and enters a standby state, and as the movable body moves toward the entrance/exit, it tilts and becomes in a horizontal use state. A movable ingress/egress device in a mechanical parking facility according to claim 1 of the utility model registration claim. (5) The board consists of a set of two boards whose end opposite to the entrance/exit is swingably pivoted to the wall of the building and can be folded into a chevron shape at the center when viewed in the direction of vehicle entry; As the movable body moves toward the side opposite to the entrance/exit, it is folded into a chevron shape at the center and becomes a standby state, and as the movable body moves toward the entrance/exit, it is stretched out and becomes in a horizontal state of use. did,
A movable ingress/egress device in a mechanical parking facility according to claim 1 of the utility model registration claim.
