Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体ケーシング内の上部に冷房用熱交換器
を、中間部に暖房用熱交換器を、下部に一機の対
流用の送風機を積層状にそれぞれ配設するととも
に、上記本体ケーシングの最上部には冷房用吹出
口を、上記暖房用熱交換器と同じ高さかこれより
下位には暖房用吹出口をそれぞれ形成し、本体ケ
ーシング内の背面側には上記送風機の吐き出し側
と連絡し、本体ケーシング内の中間部において上
記冷房用熱交換器を経て上記冷房用吹出口に連絡
する風路と、これとは反対方向に通じ上記暖房用
熱交換器を経て上記暖房用吹出口に連絡する風路
とに分岐する通風路を上記暖房用熱交換器の背後
に設けられた遮蔽板に法定の離隔距離の範囲で対
向させた本体ケーシングの背面の一部と遮蔽板と
で上下方向に形成し、かつ、上記通風路の分岐部
には上記風路の一方を閉止し他方を開放する風路
切換えダンパを設けてなる冷暖房機。 (2) 暖房用熱交換器が強制給排気式燃焼装置の
一部を構成し、その両端が給排気端末部品と本体
ケーシング内で接続されていることを特徴とする
