- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板上のＩＣ搭載予定部に形成された複数
のリードからなるＩＣ接続用導電パターンと、該
導電パターンの各リードのＩＣ外部リード接続部
分のみを除いて基板上に被覆された保護膜を備え
、各リード間に保護膜が形成されていることを特
徴とするＩＣ搭載用プリント配線基板。 (2) 前記導電パターンの各リード間の保護膜上
に、更に他の絶縁膜が重ねて形成されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のＩＣ搭載用プリント配線基板。
