- フラツトパツケージ型ＩＣが装着されるプリン
ト基板において、前記フラツトパツケージ型ＩＣ
の接続端子列の両側端の端子と接続される銅箔パ
ターンを前記端子の外側に形成し、前記銅箔パタ
ーンによつて前記フラツトパツケージ型ＩＣの取
付位置を規制するようにしたことを特徴とするプ
リント基板。
