Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体内に、第1ポートに連通する第1室と、該
第1室よりも大径の釣合室と、該釣合室よりも大
径で第2ポートに連通する第2室と、前記釣合室
および第3ポートに連通する第3室とを、順次連
続して同心状に形成し、 該第2室と第3室との間で第2室側に、前記釣
合室の開口断面積とほぼ同じ有効断面積を有する
固定弁座を突設し、 前記第1室および釣合室に可動弁の段付後部を
気密摺動自在に嵌入し、 該可動弁は、前記第2室側の先端面および前記
第1室側の後端面に開口する連通路を内部に有す
る中空であり、 該可動弁の先端面が前記固定弁座に着座する方
向に付勢する第2ばねを設け、 ソレノイドの励磁電流により吸引力を生じる可
動鉄心にその後端を固定した可動弁座の先端を、
前記固定弁座の内側に遊嵌させて前記可動弁の先
端面に対向させ、 該可動弁座は、その先端面および後端面に開口
し前記可動鉄心の周囲室に連通する釣合路を内部
に有する中空であり、 該可動弁座の先端の有効断面積は、前記可動弁
の先端開口面積よりも大きく且つ前記第1室の開
口断面積とほぼ同じとし、 該可動弁座を前記吸引力に抗する方向に付勢す
る第1ばねを設け、 前記吸引力が前記第1ばねの付勢力未満である
ときの励磁電流の任意の値を第1設定値とし、 前記吸引力が前記第1ばねの付勢力以上で且つ
該第1ばねおよび前記第2ばねの合成付勢力以下
であるときの励磁電流の任意の値を第2設定値と
し、 前記吸引力が前記合成付勢力より大きいときの
励磁電流の任意の値を第3設定値とした、 ことを特徴とする電磁弁。
