装着状態でパリソンと把手とを吹込み成形用金型
22,22内に入れる。パリソンは壜本体成形用
キヤビテイ23内に、又把手6は把手嵌合溝24
内に嵌合させ、把手下端の第2リング部7a外面
はキヤビテイ形成面へ接触させておく。

合成樹脂製の把手を取付けたものであるため、壜
本体の二軸延伸が困難となることがない。把手は
壜本体と別部材であるため、多数の把手A、B、
C等別々の着色を行つておき、例えばしよう油用
壜の把手はA色、ソースはB色、食用油はC色等
と定めておけば壜収納物の見分けを極めて容易と
することが出来る等の効果がある。更に、把手6
の基端にリング部7を付設し、該リング部を下方
からパリソンに挿通した状態で吹込み成形するこ
とによつて壜本体の口頚部基部に形成される張出
し壁部11と、予めパリソンの口頚部に形成して
おいた外向きフランジ5とによりリング部7を抜
出し不能に挟持し、かつ把手6の下端に付設した
第2リング部7aを、吹込み成形時に壜本体の胴
部外面に喰込み状態に嵌着させているから、把手
を容易かつ確実に固着させることができる。
