持構造に関する。

固着し、このボス4に複数枚の板ばね5によつて
支持された吸着板6をクラツチロータ2の軸端面
に間隔を有して対向させ、励磁コイル7への通電
によつてクラツチロータ2に吸着板6を吸着させ
て回転運動を伝達するようになつている。その場
合、さらにボス4と板ばね5との間にワツシヤ状
のスペーサ8を介在させるとともに、板ばね5に
ストツププレート9を重ね合わせ、これらをリベ
ツト11によつて締付け固定し、そしてストツプ
プレート9の外周部に設けたストツパ12を吸着
板6に当接させることによつて板ばね5に初期撓
みを与えている。なおストツパ12はストツププ
レート9とは別体のゴム等で作られることもあ
る。しかし第1図の構造の場合には、ボス4にス
ペーサ8、板ばね5およびストツププレート9を
重ねて、これら全体をリベツト11により締付け
るようになつているので、部品数が多い上に、組
付性が悪いという問題をもつ。

例えば三枚の板ばね5によつてボス4の軸端面に
支持させる。こうしてクラツチロータ2に吸着板
6を軸方向で対向させる。さらにクラツチロータ
2のリング状溝16に挿入されているリング状励
磁コイル7は、圧縮機1の固定部に固定支持され
ている。この励磁コイル7がクラツチロータ2と
吸着板6とを磁気回路に包含し、励磁コイル7に
通電時には、クラツチロータ2に吸着板6が吸着
して主軸3に回転運動を伝達する点は、従来と同
