CONSTITUTION:Image information is stored on an optical disc 4, and a magnetic disk 3 is rewritable, and additional information 2 is managed on the magnetic disk 3 as a set of the number of image information, position information, and additional information. In case image information is retrieved and is displayed on the screen of a CRT, related information is read out from the magnetic disk 3 and the optical disc 4 and is synthesized and displayed. Since procedures of addition and reregister to an image original text are unnecessary and it is sufficient if only variable information is directly managed, information is added in a short time and it is unnecessary to change the image original text 1, and thus, an image filing system using the addition type optical disc is improved especially with respect to economization.

、しかもイメージ原木を変更する必要がないため、追記
型光ディスクを用いたイメージファイクングシステムに
おいては特に経済的であるという効果がある。
