実用的価値は極めて大である。BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, flanged containers have been widely used for packaging foods and the like, and after the containers are filled with contents, they are sealed by heat-sealing the lid material. However, the heat-sealed containers formed in this way have high heat-sealing strength and high sealing performance. If you select a material with appropriate interlayer adhesion strength to ensure good unsealability, the sealing performance will vary greatly depending on heat sealing conditions such as temperature, pressure, and time, as well as contaminants such as fillers, so that a certain level of adhesive strength can be achieved. This has the disadvantage that it cannot be used in packaging where the internal pressure is high, such as in retorts, etc., where the internal pressure is high, such as by heat sterilization. The present applicant first used a multilayer container body as the container body, and instead of opening the seal during use between the sealing layers as is generally done, the applicant created an unsealing surface between the eyebrows of the multilayer container body, and the inside of the heat-sealed part. By providing an annular cut in the innermost layer, the innermost layer of the multilayer container body inside the cut is left unpeeled, while the heat-sealed part can be opened by peeling off the innermost layer of the container together with the lid. However, in this type of container, the peeling surface is between the layers of the multilayer container body, so if the seal width is narrow, it is difficult to peel off the innermost layer, and the above-mentioned easy-to-open characteristics Therefore, it is necessary to heat-seal the flange part and the lid material widely to the outer edge of the flange part.
If the width of the seal is wide, air bubbles cannot be sufficiently excluded from the sealed portion, making it difficult to achieve a hermetic seal. Another problem was that the seal width was limited depending on the container. Furthermore, in order to improve unsealability, it is conceivable to provide notches not only on the inside of the heat-sealed part of the flange part of the main body of the multilayer container, but also on the outside. If the notch does not match the end of the heat-sealed part or is not located near the heat-sealed part, easy peelability will be impaired, and it will be difficult to accurately control the positional relationship between the notch and the end of the heat-sealed part. In addition, in many cases, the flange part of the container body is not suitable for physical properties such as strength, rigidity, fitability with other harmful devices, range of use, and design. Ribs or curls, etc. are provided at the edges. When ribs or curls are provided in the proposed easy-open container, the above-mentioned method is used to encourage the initiation of glabellar peeling of the multilayer container body. It is necessary to take measures to initiate peeling, such as double cuts on the inside and outside of the flange part, but even in this case there are problems as mentioned above. Also, if there is a partial cutout in the rib or curl part, A method was also considered to make it easier to peel off the multilayer container body between the eyebrows, but with this method, the container body is essentially no longer a container with ribs or curls, and the ease of opening is not sufficient. It was also difficult to adopt a seal width of An easy-to-open sealed container that can be easily peeled to make it easy to open, and can also provide easy-to-open containers with ribs or curls, and can select arbitrary seal width conditions during heat sealing. [Means for solving the problem] That is, the present invention provides a sealed container consisting of a multilayer container body and a lid member heat-sealed at a flange portion of the multilayer container body. The interlayer adhesive force of the multilayer container main body is configured to be smaller than the adhesive force between the flange part and the lid material, and an annular cut is provided in the flange part inside the heat seal part, and an annular cut is provided in the flange part inside the heat seal part. The present invention provides an easy-to-open sealed container characterized in that a concave seal layer is press-formed at the end via a lid material. A flanged multilayer container having an annular cut inside thereof and a lid material can be manufactured by heat-sealing the flanged multilayer container and the lid material using a seal ring having a convex portion on the periphery. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view of an easily openable sealed container having a curled portion 9 previously proposed by the present applicant. 1 is the innermost layer of the multilayer container body, and 2 is the layer in contact with this. 3 After the contents are filled in the flange part, it is covered with a lid material 4, and this lid material is tightly heat-sealed between the innermost layer 1 of the multilayer container body and the flange part 3. 5 indicates the position of the heat-sealed portion, and the multilayer container main body and the lid material are heat-sealed with difficulty in peeling at the flange portion of the multilayer container main body. 6 and 7 are notches. 8 starts peeling at the grip portion, and the innermost layer of the multilayer container main body is peeled from the container between the notches 7 and 60, thereby separating the lid material from the container. FIG. 1 is an explanatory cross-sectional view illustrating the easily openable sealed container of the present invention and the manufacturing method thereof. In FIG. 1, 1.2.3.4.5.6.8.9 are the same as in FIG. In the easily openable sealed container of the present invention, a concave sealing layer 10 is formed at the outer end of the heat-sealed portion. Reference numeral 11 denotes a seal ring, and by using this seal ring to press the seal layer through the M material, a concave seal layer is formed. This concave sealing layer facilitates peeling off the innermost layer of the multilayer container body when the container is opened. In the concave sealing layer, it is preferable that the tip of the concave portion be in contact with the layer (outer N) that is in contact with the innermost layer of the multilayer container, from the viewpoint of releasability of the innermost layer. The seal ring 11 is provided with a convex portion 12 on its outer peripheral edge, and a concave seal layer is formed at the outer end of the heat-sealed portion during heat sealing. As shown in FIG. 1, the heat-seal ring is not particularly limited as long as it has a convex portion on the peripheral edge and can form a concave sealing layer at the outer end of the heat-sealed portion. As shown in Fig. 3, in order to make it easier to form a concave seal layer, the sealing surface near the convex portion is provided with a recess, or as shown in Fig. 4, the sealing surface of the heat seal ring is provided with a recess. The height of the convex part is the thickness of the innermost layer. The concave seal layer formed by such a heat seal ring is annular and extends around the entire periphery of the flange. It is preferable that the seal be formed in the vicinity of the knob that starts opening the seal, but it is sufficient if it is provided near the knob that starts opening the seal. The shape of the seal has a convex tip near the knob, as shown in Fig. 5. Preferably, it is ring-shaped. In Fig. 1, the notch 6- is for cutting the innermost layer of the multilayer container body at the inner periphery of the flange when the lid is peeled off; Any material may be used as long as the innermost layer can be easily cut, and not only the innermost layer but also the layer in contact with the innermost layer may be cut, or only a part of the innermost layer may be cut. This notch may be made in a circular, triangular, or square shape around the entire periphery of the flange, or a portion may be left in place. If the cover material is to be removed with part of it still attached. Do not make a cut in that area. Methods for making a cut include pushing an annular blade, pressing a heated annular body, cutting with a cutting blade, ultrasonic processing, and laser. This may be due to processing, misalignment due to shear force, or a combination of these. The length t from the inner edge of the heat-sealed part to the notch is usually 1.
The number of cranes to 10 cranes, preferably 1.5 to 5 cranes. The shape of the multilayer container main body in the easy-to-open sealed container of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is usually circular, square, etc., and the lid material is heat-sealed in an annular shape along the flange portion of this shape. . Moreover, it may be cup-shaped or tray-shaped. The present invention also relates to a ribbed container as shown in FIG.
It can be applied to various containers such as a flat flange container as shown in the figure and a curled container as shown in FIG. Next, the lid material 4 may be a single layer film or a multilayer film, and is not particularly limited. When using a multilayer film, a base material made of a plastic single-layer film, multilayer film, paper, aluminum foil, or a composite material thereof, and a base material made of polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, ethylene - A sealant layer made of a resin that is easily heat-sealable to the innermost layer of the multilayer container main body made of vinyl acetate copolymer or the like is preferably used. To explain the multilayer structure of the multilayer container body, the interlayer adhesive strength of the multilayer sheet is smaller than the heat seal strength between the lid material and the multilayer container body, and when the lid material is peeled off, the peeling occurs between the eyebrows of the multilayer container body, and the lid material There is no particular restriction as long as it is easy to open, but the glabella peel strength of this multilayer container body is 2
00~1500g/15 strokes (Tensile speed 300m/m i
n, the same applies hereinafter), preferably 300 to 1200 g/1
There are about five theories, and it may be determined as appropriate depending on the field of use of the container. The thickness of the innermost layer of the flange is usually 5 to 15 mm.
0 um, preferably 10 to 100 μm. There are no particular restrictions on the material for the main body of the multilayer container, and polyolefin resins, polystyrene resins, polyamide resins, polyester resins, polycarbonate resins, mixtures thereof, or thermoplastic elastomers and various additives to these can be used. There are resins and metal foils mixed with 5 to 70% by weight of fillers or inorganic fillers. Depending on the combination of layers made of these materials, materials suitable for the desired peel strength may be selected. As the innermost layer material and the outer layer material, it is preferable to use materials whose heat resistance temperature (melting point, softening point, etc.) of the outer layer material and the lid material is higher than that of the innermost layer material, because it is easy to form a concave sealing layer. Preferred combinations of the innermost layer material (A) and the outer layer material (B) include, for example, the following combinations. (A) polyethylene resin such as high-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, (B) mixed resin of polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin, (A) low-density polyethylene and (B) high-density polyethylene resin, (A) ethylene-vinyl acetate co-existence Polymer and (B) mixed resin of polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin, (A) mixed resin of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and (B) ethylene-propylene random copolymer resin, (A) mixed resin of polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin Mixed resin and (B) mixed resin of inorganic filler-containing polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin, (A) mixed resin of polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin and (B) inorganic filler-containing high-density polyethylene resin, (A) random polymerized polypropylene resin and ( B) high-density polyethylene resin containing inorganic filler, (A) unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified polypropylene resin, and (B) aluminum The multilayer container body of the present invention may be a two-layered one made of the above materials, but gas barrier For the purpose of improving the properties and reducing the deformation of the container, a multilayer container with three or more layers may be used, in which layers made of other materials are laminated. Examples of the layers made of other materials include ethylene-vinyl alcohol. Examples include resin layers such as copolymers, polyvinylidene chloride, nylon, and polyethylene terephthalate, and materials with excellent gas barrier properties such as aluminum vapor-deposited layers. The layer made of these other materials may be only IN or may be a multilayer body consisting of two or more layers, and may contain an inorganic filler of 10 to 80%.
It may have a resin layer containing % by weight. The layer structure of the multilayer container main body is appropriately selected depending on the sealant layer resin of the lid material. For example, if the lid material is a polyethylene sealant layer, in the above combination of resin layers, the high density polyethylene layer is Preferably, it is the innermost layer. In addition, in the easy-open container of the present invention, as long as it has the feature of the present invention that the multilayer container body has a peelable M layer, other layers such as a sealing layer may be added to the inside of the innermost layer of the multilayer container body as necessary. It may have layers. This container can be obtained by molding a coextruded multilayer sheet or a laminate sheet by vacuum forming, pressure forming, etc. using the combination of resins described above, or by multilayer injection molding, multilayer injection blow molding, multilayer blow molding, etc. can. It can also be obtained by thermoforming a multilayer film inside the container. Furthermore, a container can also be obtained by drawing from a laminate material of a metal such as aluminum and a polyolefin film blended with a polyolefin modified with maleic anhydride or the like. As the lamination process, methods such as extrusion lamination, hot melt lamination, dry lamination, and wet lamination can be used. [Function] When a product is sealed in the easy-to-open container of the present invention and the lid is heat-sealed, the container can be easily opened by the following operations. For example, in FIG. 1, the knob 8 is lifted upward. Then, from the concave seal portion 10 to the innermost layer 1
Peeling begins between the layer 1 and the layer 2 that is in contact with it, and then the innermost layer at the outer edge of the heat-sealed part is cut. The innermost layer is peeled off to a certain point, and the lid material is peeled off. Therefore, even if the lid material and the multilayer container body are heat-sealed with good sealing properties and are difficult to peel off, the container can be easily opened. Further, sealing conditions such as seal width can be freely set, and even if the seal is misaligned, ease of opening will not be impaired. As a result, even when using a multilayer container body that has ribs or curls that have excellent strength and design, it is easy to open and can be peeled off even if the peel strength of the heat seal is increased. It becomes an excellent, easy-to-open sealed container that can withstand boiling, retorting, and boiling. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples in any way. Example 1 A multilayer sheet of 4 types and 6 layers (thickness 0.8 m) was made by coextrusion molding.

A flanged container having ribs of w (height) was obtained. Next, an annular incision with a depth of 60 μm was formed on the inner peripheral portion of the flange using a heated annular incision blade. As a lid material for this container, oriented nylon/polyhynylidene chloride/linear low density polyethylene (15 μ/20 μ/4
A multilayer film consisting of 0μ)] was covered, and an annular heat seal with a width of 3 cranes was performed from the outside of the basket from the annular cut in the flange portion. Note that the heat seal ring used was a ring having a convex portion of 30 μm on the outer periphery. The thickness of the outer peripheral edge of the container sealing layer (thickness of the container inner layer) of the obtained sealed container was substantially zero. When the lid material of this container was peeled off, the container layer peeled off from the outer end of the flange seal, showing stable peeling with a peel strength of 1200/15 sm, and the peeled surface was clean. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, the sealing strength is high, the sealing performance is excellent, the opening can be easily performed without providing a notch that is particularly difficult to form in the lip portion or the curled portion, and the seal width is small. It is possible to obtain an easily openable sealed container that does not lose its ease of opening even under sealing conditions such as seal displacement, and its practical value is extremely large.
