Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a message from being missed and to improve the reliability of a monitoring system, by an output device switching control circuit which switches an output device automatically and prevents the unexpected missing of a fault or a state change message from occurring based on the number of the message generated per unit time. CONSTITUTION:The output device switching control circuit 21 receives start up from a change commanding device 12, and decides the output device of the message by the generating frequency of present change information, and outputs the command to an output processor. The processing specification of information is indexed from a processing specification register 14 based on the information NO obtained from a linkage register 22, and also, an output destination device, an output message, and an output format are decided based on the generating frequency at a timing after a generating frequency register 15. When the content of the register 15 is set at 1, only the message with a processing level 1 is outputted to an AT/W. And other messages are outputted to a magnetic disk. When the content of the register 15 is set at 2, all of the messages are outputted to the AT/W, and when the content of the register 15 is set at 3, all of them are outputted to a CRT and the AT/W. In such a way, an output destination is decided, and write on an output linkage register 16 is performed, and also, the output processor 17 is started up. The processor 17 edits the message of the device NO commanded at the register 16 replying to the start up from the circuit 21, and outputs it to corresponding printing device 9, magnetic disk file 6, and display device 8.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to continuous process systems such as water supply and sewage systems, and is particularly useful when outputting messages such as changes in the status of Hepros equipment or the occurrence of a failure online. The present invention relates to an information processing device suitable for the occurrence of a large number of sudden process failures and situations.

In the case of a sudden large number of messages, conventional methods either continue to output them to a fixed output device over a long period of time, or delete messages whose output level is below a certain value by setting a level for each signal in advance. Then, only the messages, etc. that caused the true occurrence were selected and output. Therefore, the former method lacks quick response to maintenance when an occurrence occurs, and the latter method, although excellent in quick response, may not be able to count the operating frequency or failure frequency (circuit), and may not be able to provide statistical information. The problem was that there was a lack of consideration.

The above conventional technology does not take into consideration the dynamic switching of the output destination device depending on the intensity of the occurrence frequency when a large number of output messages suddenly occur, and the switching is done manually by the operator's intervention or at a constant rate. There were problems such as messages being deleted during processing, such as when messages below the level were to be discarded.

The present invention focuses on the fact that in an online centralized monitoring system using a computer, the output device for recording messages such as changes in process status and failures is relatively slow, such as a typewriter or display device. , dynamically outputs the output light of the message to not only the output device such as the typewriter but also the auxiliary storage device (magnetic disk) and CRT device, depending on the frequency of occurrence (multiple levels depending on the number of occurrences) within a unit time. In addition to preventing messages from being leaked, only messages requiring a certain level of urgency or higher are continuously output to a typewriter, display, etc. in accordance with a predetermined priority order.

10 writes information into 11 at regular intervals and activates 12 at the same timing. 12 sequentially compares the contents of the information register 13 in which the information input at the previous timing is stored and the contents of 12 bit by bit (in the case of contact information), submits failures and status changes, and 18 This is a device that updates the contents of the counter of , writes change information NO in the linkage register of 22, and activates 21. Further, 12 transfers the contents of 11 to 13 when all information change checks are completed for the activation at one timing from 10. (At the time of initialization, the first submission is performed, but only the transfer from 11 to 13), 19 is activated by 7 in ms, and the increment of the contents of the counter of 18 is checked at N (N22) times the activated cycle, and the unit time is This is a monitor circuit that writes information into a register 15 that stores the frequency of occurrence of a winning change. The monitor circuit converts the frequency of occurrence per unit time into a processing level, with C1 or more as less than 101, CO as 2, and less than CO as 3, and entered in 15. 21 is a control circuit which is activated by 12 and determines a message output destination device based on the frequency of occurrence of current change information, and outputs a command to an output processing device. When 21 receives activation, it refers to 15, learns the frequency of occurrence at that timing, and inputs change information No. at the activated timing from 22.

According to the present invention, in a system that monitors the occurrence of a process status failure online using message output, etc., when a large number of messages are generated due to a sudden process abnormality, the system automatically monitors the occurrence of a process status failure based on the message generation frequency per unit time. Since the message output device can be dynamically switched and output, it is possible to prevent messages from being lost, which is effective in improving the reliability of the monitoring system.
