Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient strength of the outer circumferential wall of a tubular body and to prevent the tubular body from breaking easily, by constructing the tubular body to be fitted over the end portion of a corrugated pipe and a fixing section to be fitted over the outer circumferential section of the corrugated pipe integrally. CONSTITUTION:End portion of a corrugated pipe 4 to be joined is inserted until it comes to contact the body portion 1a of a tubular body 1 and a stepped section 1c of a threaded portion 1b. Then fitting/fixing sections 2a, 2b are rotated on hinges 3a, 3b. The rotated fitting/fixing sections 2a, 2b are fitted in so that openings 5a, 5b are closed. Here, ribs 7a, 7b arranged at the inside of the fitting/fixing sections 2a, 2b are inserted through the openings 5a, 5b into the body and pressure fitted in a root section 4b of the corrugated pipe 4 arranged in the body. Consequently, the ribs 7a, 7b are fitted reliably in the root section 4b while holding a ridge 4a between them so as to secure a jointing tool reliably to the end portion of the corrugated pipe 4.

In this connection pipe, a window is provided on the outer circumferential wall of a socket tube that can be fitted externally to the end of the corrugated tube, and a C-shaped stopper member is inserted into the socket tube through the window, and the ends of both sides of the stopper are attached to the corrugated tube. The socket tube is press-fitted into the trough of the corrugated tube to fix it to the end of the corrugated tube.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in this conventional connector, the C-shaped stopper member is formed completely separate from the socket tube, and until the connector is inserted into the end of the corrugated pipe, Since it is a separate part, there is a problem in that the small stopper member is easily lost when the connecting tool is attached or disassembled.

Furthermore, since the window provided in the socket tube for fitting the stopper member is formed by continuously opening approximately half of the outer peripheral wall of the socket tube, the strength of the socket tube is significantly reduced and the socket tube is damaged. or it could come off from the corrugated tube due to external force.

The present invention solves the above problems by integrally forming a cylindrical body that is fitted onto the end of the corrugated tube and a fitting fixing section that is fitted onto the outer circumference of the corrugated tube. The structure is such that it cannot be easily separated, which prevents the fitting and fixing part from being lost, and also ensures sufficient strength of the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical body, which prevents the cylindrical body from being damaged or easily detached from the corrugated tube due to external force. The purpose of this invention is to provide a corrugated pipe connector that will never cause damage.

In this way, the arcuate fitting and fixing parts 2a and 2b are connected to the cylindrical body 1.
The connector can be easily fixed to the corrugated pipe 4 by simply fitting it closed against the fitting fixing portions 2a, 2.
b is integrally connected to the cylindrical body 1 via the hinges 3a and 3b, so there is no risk of it being lost. Furthermore, since the openings 5a and 5b are provided symmetrically about the central axis of the cylindrical body 1 and are separated into a plurality of openings, the openings 5a and 5b
This prevents the main body portion 1a of the cylindrical main body 1 from becoming structurally weak, and prevents the cylindrical main body 1 from being damaged or coming off from the corrugated tube 4 due to external force.

Next, FIGS. 5 to 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the corrugated pipe connector, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the corrugated pipe connector when it is opened. , and FIG. 7 respectively show cross-sectional views of the corrugated tube connector and the corrugated tube when they are fitted. In this embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, there is a release lever 6a for the fitting and fixing parts 2a and 2b.

Through holes 10a and 10b are provided in 6b. Therefore, in this embodiment, the release levers 6a, 6b can be easily removed by using a rod-shaped member such as a screwdriver or a member whose tip is caught in the through holes 10a, 10b. In addition, since the release levers 6a and 6b do not need to protrude as in the first embodiment, they may come into contact with other members or accidentally touch the release levers 6a and 6b with fingertips after the corrugated tube 4 is fixed. This prevents the fitting and fixing parts 2a and 2b from being opened by mistake.

8 and 9 show a third embodiment of the present invention,
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the corrugated tube connector when it is open, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the corrugated tube connector and the corrugated tube when they are fitted. In this embodiment, a protruding piece 1 is provided on the upper part of the lips 7a and 7b.
1a, 11b+ are provided. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, when the corrugated tube 4 is fitted, the protruding pieces 11a and 11b are pressed by the engaging pieces 12a and 12b of the main body 1a, making the fitting of the fitting fixing parts 2a and 2b even stronger. This prevents the fitting and fixing portion from opening accidentally.

It should be noted that the present invention is free to make various improvements without departing from the gist thereof. For example, instead of opening the fitting and fixing part in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 1a as in the above embodiment, it is open in the axial direction. In the above embodiment, the openings 5a and 5b are provided symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the cylindrical body 1, but they may be provided at equal intervals on the outer peripheral wall. It may be provided.

Further, in the above embodiment, the hinges 3a and 3b are integrally molded, but the hinges 3a and 3b may be made into shaft hinges, a bearing may be provided in the cylindrical body 1, and a shaft may be provided in the fitting fixing portions 2a and 2b. Furthermore, the ribs 7a and 7b of the above embodiment are fitted into the fitting fixing portion 2a.
, 2b, one rib is provided on the inner peripheral side of the corrugated pipe 4, but it is sufficient that the rib fits into the trough portion 4b of the corrugated tube 4, and two ribs may be provided.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the corrugated pipe connector of the present invention,
Since the fitting and fixing part is connected to the cylindrical main body via the hinge, it is possible to prevent the small fitting and fixing part from being lost when attaching or changing the connector. In addition, since the plurality of openings for inserting the ribs of the fitting and fixing part are provided at equal intervals on the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical body, sufficient strength of the cylindrical body can be ensured. The cylindrical body is less likely to be damaged or detached from the corrugated tube due to external force.

A corrugated tube connection that is fitted onto the end of a corrugated tube, inserts a rib through an opening provided in the cylindrical body, press-fits the rib into the trough of the corrugated tube, and fixes the cylindrical body to the corrugated tube. A plurality of openings are provided at equal intervals on the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical body, and a fitting fixing part that is fitted to one side edge of the opening so as to close the opening is a hinge. At the other end of the fitting and fixing part, there is provided a release lever that rotates around the hinge, and the ribs protrude from the inner circumferential side. A corrugated pipe connector characterized in that an engaging pawl that engages with the fitting protrudes in the inner circumferential direction from the fitting fixing part.
