Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the prevention of a malfunction to each switching operation for the remote controller by constituting a voltage setting circuit using a semi-fixed resistor, providing a voltage output terminal for voltage setting and setting the voltage to satisfy the upper/lower limit of each operation and each characteristic of a switching integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:At first, the fluctuation in the output terminal state and the Vcc voltage change of a switching integrated circuit 3 itself are removed with respect to a control voltage VCONT. Thus, a switch SWC being one of switches in a remote controller 2 is turned on and a semi-fixed resistance VR is varied to bring a voltage setting terminal TP2 to be at L level so as to set the control voltage VCONT and the control voltage VCONT in this case is confirmed by a voltage setting terminal TP1. Then the fluctuation in the temperature characteristic of the switching integrated circuit 3 and in the resistance in the controller 2 is removed. Thus, its correction value is led from the confirming data by the theoretical calculation and the experiment, the semi-fixed resistance VR is varied to adjust the control voltage VCONT. Thus, malfunction is prevented by inexpensive components, circuits and slight adjustment.

The control voltage VCONT is the switch Swa -S%1 in the remote controller 2! Changes at e. For example, when all off, VccXRI/(RI+Ra+Rh+Rc+Rd+I

The switching integrated circuit 3 has 7 terminals as input terminals, and output terminals 1 to 4.6 change from the "H" level to the "L" level as shown in FIG. 3 in accordance with the control voltage VCONT. The control section 4 inputs this change through input terminals A-E, processes it, and outputs a signal for controlling the operation of the amplifier 5 and mechanism 6.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional device, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the states of the output terminals 1 to 4.6 change with respect to the control voltage VCONT of the switching integrated circuit 3 at high and low temperatures. . In addition, considering variations in the output terminal state of the switching integrated circuit 3 itself with respect to the control voltage VCONT, changes in Vcc voltage due to changes in the power supply voltage of the set, and variations in the resistance value of the resistor Ra-Re of the remote controller 2, etc. 2
It is difficult to guarantee the operation of each of the switches Swa to Swe. Taking temperature characteristics as an example, remote controller 2
To guarantee the operation of each switch, the control voltage VC must be within the range shown by the arrow for each switch, as shown in Figure 4.
ONT must be configured. Wait, the switching integrated circuit 3 generally has characteristics that differ between lots, so it is very difficult to set the control voltage VCONT.

Embodiment FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the present invention. In Fig. 1, the main body 1 and the remote controller 2 are connected by a connection lead, and a switch S provided in the remote controller 2 is connected.
The control voltage VCONT changes according to the operation of ima-5we. Due to this change, the output of the switching integrated circuit 3 changes, which is input to the control section 4 to control the amplifier 5 and mechanism 6. VR is a semi-fixed resistor inserted in series with the resistor R1, and by changing it, it is possible to adjust the control voltage VCQNT applied to the input terminal 7 of the switching integrated circuit 3.

Here, the voltage setting terminal TP2 can be set at any of the output terminals 1 to 4.6 of the switching integrated circuit 3, and is determined mainly from the characteristics of the switching integrated circuit 3. Next, in order to absorb the temperature characteristics of the switching integrated circuit 3, resistance value variations in the remote control roller 2, etc., a correction value is derived from theoretical calculations and experimental confirmation data, and that value is applied to the set voltage confirmed above. In order to add to the control voltage V, the semi-fixed resistance VR is changed again to
