In recent years, from the perspective of pollution prevention, unlike synthetic resin materials conventionally used for bottle manufacturing, there is no leakage of harmful substances such as solvents, and no harmful gases are released when burned after disposal. Biaxially stretched polyester bottles are attracting attention for several reasons. It is known that by biaxial stretching, the bottle can be made thinner, which saves material and also increases strength, but in general, the stretching is easier to perform in the body of the bottle, especially in the center of the bottom wall of the bottle. was difficult to do. Therefore, if the product bottle is accidentally dropped, the bottom wall will be damaged.

The bottom wall 5 is formed by protruding inwardly into the bottle in a cap shape, and by alternately positioning a plurality of rib-like extensions 5a and rib-like recesses from the periphery of the bottom wall to the outer periphery of the top of the cap. do. The rib-like overhang and the rib-like recess are formed on both the top and bottom surfaces, and the rib-like overhang when seen from inside the bottle is similar to the rib-like recess when seen from below the bottle, and the rib-like recess when seen from inside the bottle. The shaped recesses are respectively formed in the rib-like protruding parts when viewed from below the bottle. Therefore, the cross-sectional shape of the cap-shaped portion is formed in a flower-shaped pattern. Moreover, the top of the cap-shaped part is formed by forming a lower part between the outer periphery and the center of the top by a push-down tube, and further extending the center part 6 with respect to the other part of the bar-shaped part by a push-up rod. .

The above-mentioned bottle is formed by the following apparatus shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. Reference numeral 11 denotes a mold having a cavity 12 for molding a bottle. The bottom wall forming surface 13 of the cavity has a central portion raised inwardly and a plurality of concave grooves 13a and raised portions 1 on the slope from the peripheral edge of the bottom wall to the central portion.
3b are alternately formed at approximately equal intervals. Further, an insertion hole is formed vertically downward from the center of the bottom wall forming surface, which is the top part, and the second stretching rod 14 is inserted from below in a vertically slidable manner into the insertion hole.

A first stretching rod 32 having a compressed air passage 31 is vertically movably suspended into the cavity from above the mold. The rod consists of an outer tube 33 with a larger outer diameter than the insertion hole and an open bottom end, and a middle rod 34 loosely inserted into the tube hole, and an appropriate number of nozzle holes 35 are provided in the outer tube. put. The compressed air passage 31 may be formed by a vertical groove bored into the outer surface of the inner rod or the inner surface of the outer tube.

As shown in FIG. 3, a preheated tubular material 20 is set in a mold, and the first stretching rod 32 is inserted into the tubular material and pushed down to stretch the tubular material in the longitudinal direction. . Also, compressed air is blown into the tubular material to expand it. A polyester bottle is formed by the expansion, and the bottom wall of the bottle bulges inward in the shape of a cap. From this state, the outer tube 33 is further pushed down as shown in FIG. 4, so that its lower end surface and the upper circumferential edge of the aforementioned insertion hole sandwich the outer circumferential portion of the top of the cap-shaped portion located therebetween. When the second stretching rod 14 is pushed up from this state, the upper end surface of the rod pushes up the lower surface of the center portion of the cap-shaped portion, and as shown in FIG. In this way, the center of the cap is further stretched.

The present invention has the above structure, and since the body and bottom wall of the bottle are biaxially stretched, the bottle has high strength. The bottom wall 5 is raised inward in the shape of a cap, and has a plurality of rib-like protrusions 5a and rib-like recesses alternately extending from the peripheral edge of the bottom wall to the outer periphery of the top of the cap. The cross section of the shaped part was formed into a flower-shaped pattern, so it was raised like a cap.
By providing the rib-like overhanging portion and the rib-like recess, the bottom wall can be stretched twice, and the strength of the bottom wall is increased by the stretching and the rib function of the rib-like overhang and the recess. I can do it. In addition, when a tubular material is originally prepared in advance as described above and then biaxially stretched to make a bottle, a gate mark remains at the center of the bottom outer surface of the tubular material, which may result in insufficient stretching in that area. However, in the case of the present invention, the bottom wall is raised inward in the shape of a cap, and the outer periphery of the top of the cap is The above-mentioned disadvantages arise because the space between the cap and the center is kept low by a push-down tube, and the center 6 at the top is pushed up by a push-up rod to further extend it relative to the rest of the cap-shaped part. Moreover, as a manufacturing device, the center part of the bottom wall forming surface of the mold is raised high inward, and the slope of the raised part has a plurality of grooves extending from the periphery of the bottom wall forming surface to the center part. 13
Since the raised portions 13b and 13b are alternately formed at approximately equal intervals, it is easy to form a polyester bottle having the bottom wall as described above, and the first stretching rod extends between the outer tube 33 and the inner tube inserted into the outer tube. Since the outer tube has a larger outer diameter than the second stretching rod insertion hole drilled in the center of the bottom wall forming surface of the mold cavity, the lower end surface of the outer tube can be pushed down by pressing down the outer tube. The bottom wall portion of the tubular material located therebetween can be held between the upper periphery of the insertion hole and the second stretching rod fitted into the insertion hole. By pushing up, the center part of the top of the cap can be pushed into the lower end of the outer tube with the upper end surface of the rod, and the center part can be stretched. As a result, the entire bottom wall forming portion would be pushed up and it would be difficult to stretch only the central portion thereof, but this does not occur and the stretching can be carried out reliably. The structure of the device is also simple and can be manufactured at low cost.
