FIG. 6 shows an example of the conventional wire rolling method. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6(b) between the wire extension car 7 and the wire drum 9 behind it.
Cut the filament 3 as shown in . In this case, the line extension car 7
The tension of the filament 3 is not applied to the rear side. Wire extension clamps 13 are compressed and fixed to the front and rear ends of the cut filament 3, respectively, as shown in FIG. 6(b). (Because the tension clamp 4 cannot pass through the wire rolling car 7) Next, after connecting the split wire 5 between the wire rolling clamps 13, the wire winding device 11 shown in FIG. 3 and split wire 5 are extended. Continuing this wire extension, after extending the wire by an appropriate amount, as shown in FIG. The tension of the filament 3 is transferred to the wire 15 of. Next, to attach the wire extension clamp 13, cut the wire 3 near the root, remove the wire extension clamp 13, and remove the wire extension clamp 13.
), attach the tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 to the wire 3, and then attach the tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 to the connecting fitting (when performing tensioning without using a come-along, use the come-along response fitting). ) 16 and wire connector 17 are attached, the split wire 5 is attached to the wire connector F, and the wire is stretched again while loosening the winch of the wire temporary fixing tool 14. Continuing the wire extension, when the rear end of the split wire 5 has advanced forward of the wire extension car 7, the wire extension clamp 13 attached to the rear end side of the split wire 5 is attached. The wire 3 is cut near the root, and the wire extension clamp 13 is removed. In this case, since the filament temporary fixing tool 14 is still attached, tension may be applied to the filament temporary fixing tool 14 in advance. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5(e), a tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 is attached to the filament 3.

(See Figure 6(e)). In this conventional wire extension construction method, the come-along 14a of the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is connected to the wire extension car 7.
A considerable distance forward from the drum field 6 where -8 etc. are located (
For example, about 40 meters), the altitude naturally increases, and it is located at a high place, for example, about 15 to 20 meters. As a result, conventional methods have been used, for example, to install a scaffold at a location where the come-along 14a etc. is assumed to be removed, or to remove the come-along 14a etc. by riding on a basket attached to the end of the arm of a tow truck.

FIG. 7 shows another example of the conventional wire rolling method. In this case, first, as shown in FIG.
The filament 3 is temporarily fixed in front of the filament 3 with a filament temporary fixing tool 14. Subsequently, the filament 3 is cut as shown in FIG. 7(b),
Tension clamps 4 are attached to the front and rear ends of the cut filament 3.
Attach the connecting fittings to both tension clamps (compression clamps) 4 (come-along response fittings when tensioning the wire without using come-along) 16 and wire connector 17.
Attach and split wire -5 between both wire connectors 17.
Install. The filaments 3 are now connected to the front and back of the split wire 5. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7(C), the filament temporary fixing tool 14 is loosened and the filament 3 hecome-along 14a is removed.
The tension applied to the wire 15 attached through the wire is transferred to the filament 3 and the split wire 5. After the tension is transferred to the filament 3 and split wire 5, the come-along 14a and wire 15 attached to the filament 3 are removed.

In this conventional wire stretching method, when the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is removed from the wire 3, the position of the come-along 14a is a considerable distance (for example, approximately Since it is located at a distance of about 40 m), its altitude naturally increases, for example, it is located at a high place of 15 to 20 m. As a result, similar to the conventional wire extension method described above, for example, the removal work must be carried out by setting up a scaffold at the place where the come-along 14a etc. is assumed to be removed, or by using a cage attached to the end of the tow truck's arm. He was working on the vehicle to remove it.

Further, a rear wire connector 17 is attached to the rear end of the main split wire 5, and a support wire 18 is attached to the rear wire connector 17. Note that it is also possible to use the main splitting wire 5 for the next steel tower as the support wire 18. Then, they are connected behind the wire drawing car 8 and pass through the wire drawing car 8 during the wire drawing process. Subsequently, the wire winding device 11 (see FIG. 3) is operated to extend the main split wire 5. When the main splitting wire 5 is stretched and the rear wire connector 17 comes out in front of the wire rolling car 8 (see Fig. 4(C)), the compression clamp 4 at the end of the unstretched wire is and the rear end of the main split wire 5 are connected by a connecting part as shown in Figure 4(d).The connecting part is connected to the compression clamp 4 as shown in Figure 4(C). It consists of a come-along response fitting 16, a wire connector 17, an auxiliary wire 19, and a wire connector 17 from the side, and is attached to the attachment ring 5a at the end of the main split wire, as shown in FIG. 4(d). As shown in Figure 5. The unrolled filament 3 is connected via the connecting part. That is, in this case, this wire connector 17 is attached to the support wire 18 next to the wire connector 17. That is, when loosening the filament temporary fixing tool 14 and applying tension to the filament 3 etc. being stretched, the wire stretching wheel 8 is reversed and the support wire 18. After winding the main split wire 5 onto the wire rolling wheel 8, remove the wire temporary fixing tool 14, and then rotate the wire drawing wheel 8 in the normal direction to wind the main split wire 5 and the support wire 18. Bring it out. After the rear end of the main split wire 50 and the front end of the support wire 180 come out to the front of the wire rolling car 8 (see FIG. 5(C)), the compression clamp 4 at the end of the unrolled wire and the main split wire -5 is connected to the rear end via a connecting part. The connecting part is the compression clamp 4.

There is a problem in that it is quite difficult to attach the wire connector 17 into the ring of the attachment ring 5a, which is under tension, and the work is troublesome. In addition, when the tension is transferred to the tension clamp 4 at the end of the unrolled wire and the unrolled wire 3 after connection, the two wire connectors 17 mentioned above may come into contact and be damaged, or the wire may become loose. This poses problems such as problems with the strength of the wire connector 17.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the overhead wire fitting of the present invention is provided between the split wire and the support wire that are connected to the wire, and the method of connection is such that the split wire of the wire extension fitting main body A is Connecting part 20
The rear end of the split wire 5 is connected to the wire extension fitting main body A.
The support wire 18 is connected and extended to the support wire connection part 26 of the support wire connection fitting C connected to the support wire connection fitting C. In addition, for example, a come-along dress fitting 1 is connected between the tension clamp 4 at the end of the unrolled wire and the rear end of the split wire 5.
When connecting with a 6° discrimination wire 19 or the like, connect the connecting part 23 of the sub-connecting fitting B to the connecting part 21 to the wire extension fitting main body, and connect the sub-side wire 19 to the connecting part 24, for example. good. In addition, the wire extension fitting main body A and the sub-connecting fitting B can be connected by inserting the connecting shaft 21b through the hole 27 provided in the supporting wire connecting fitting C. Easy to work with. According to the invention, therefore, the split wire under tension is
5 and the unstretched filament 3 can be easily connected using, for example, a come-along brace 16 or a restricting wire 19, so that the filaments can be easily connected. Further, according to the present invention, when the tension is transferred to the unrolled wire after the wires are connected, there is no problem that the overhead wire fittings are damaged or that bending causes strength problems to the wire connectors, etc. The excellent effect of solving the problem can be obtained.
