Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate attaching and detaching to a shaft, to restrain noise caused by vibration and to obtain long useful life time by forming a connecting portion by a rubber press-fit portion and a metallic female screw portion. CONSTITUTION:A rubber press-fit portion 3 for inserting a shaft 2 in a cylindrical joint rubber 1 is formed at the deepest portion 4 of a joint. The inner peripheral side 5 of the press-fit portion 3 is pressed at its entire surface to the outer peripheral side 6 of the inserted shaft 2. A metallic female screw portion 8 is fixed to the insertion hole side 7 of the rubber 1, and a male screw portion 9 of the shaft 2 is fitted to the screw portion 8. In this arrangement, the rotary acis of the shaft 2 can be easily made agree with the center line of the joint rubber 1 to accomplish smooth rotation, restrain noise, accomplish firm connection and further facilitate attachment and detachment, so that there is little damage due to vibration to lengthen the useful period.

等によって回転軸と中心線とを合致させることが困難て
あるため、回転に伴う振動か激しくて騒音を生じてしま
い、又、シャフト及びジヨイントの耐用期間が短いと云
う点が挙げられる。

も生じない。よってシャフト及びジヨイントゴムか破損
することは少なく耐用時間の長いものとなる。
