Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a working process and to construct a lining tank having good quality, by arranging a box-shaped integrated wall surface at a predetermined position in a suspended state and casting concrete to the outer periphery thereof to construct a large-scaled metal panel lining tank. CONSTITUTION:Shape steels 8 are welded to each of lining panels 7 divided into a transportable size at appropriate intervals to form each of prefabricated panels 9. Subsequently, these prefabricated panels 9 are bonded at the working site 13 on the spot and the connection parts thereof are welded to form the wall surface 10 of a linining tank. Thereafter, the wall surfaces are bonded and welded in a box shape at the assembling site 16 under a crane 14 to integrally assemble the wall surface 11 of the lining tank. A hanging framework 12 is used to be arranged at a predetermined hanging-up position by the crane 14 to form the wall surface lining of the lining tank at once. Thereafter, anchors are mounted to the wall surface lining to reinforce the interior thereof and concrete is subsequently cast to the outside to complete a main body. The lining of the bottom surface thereof is executed after the concrete main body is completed.

In the case of this conventional technology, it is necessary to wait for the concrete to cure before welding the lining plate, which not only reduces work efficiency in the process, but also makes it difficult to weld because the welding work environment at the site where the lining tank is installed is poor. It was inefficient, caused process delays, and had certain limits on quality improvement. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2, a large number of prefabricated panels are manufactured by welding shaped steel to the lining plate 4 in advance at the factory, and a large number of them are successively welded at the installation site of the lining tank and assembled into the lining tank. , then concrete 6
The construction method of pouring concrete into concrete began to be adopted.

According to the conventional technology shown in Fig. 2 above, the lining plate of the lining tank can be assembled before concrete pouring, and the work efficiency in the process is improved compared to the technology shown in Fig. 1. Since a large number of prefabricated panels are manufactured by welding shaped steel to the lining tank, the number of welding steps at the lining tank installation site is reduced, and in this sense, the work efficiency in the process is slightly improved, but at the lining tank installation site.

[Objective] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to eliminate the welding work at the installation site of the lining tank, that is, to not only weld the lining plate and the shaped steel, but also to weld a large number of prefabricated panels that have been made into a box shape. The welding work when forming the lining tank can also be carried out at an assembly location other than the lining tank installation site.

In other words, by forming an integral wall surface of the lining tank connected in a box shape at the assembly site, and then hoisting this as it is to the installation location of the lining tank, welding work in installation locations with poor working environments can be eliminated. , thereby shortening the working process and making it possible to construct a lining tank of better quality.

[Nine measures for solving the problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following technical means. That is, the present invention manufactures a prefabricated panel by welding shaped steel to a metal lining plate at appropriate intervals, then assembles a plurality of the prefabricated panels to form the wall surface of a lining tank, and then pours concrete into the lining. In the tank construction method: A plurality of the above-mentioned prefabricated panels of a size that can be transported are assembled in advance at the assembly site, and the connecting parts of each prefabricated panel are welded to create an integral wall surface of the lining tank that is connected in a box shape. The lining is characterized in that the box-shaped integral wall surface is then lifted and installed at a predetermined location, and then concrete is poured around the outer periphery to produce a large metal plate lined tank. This is a method of constructing a tank.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, it is possible not only to weld a shaped steel to a lining plate, but also to connect a large number of prefabricated panels made of these prefabricated panels to each other to form a box-shaped integrally lined tank wall. This is done at a location other than the installation site of the lining tank, and since this assembly site is large and has a good working environment, welding work can be carried out efficiently and also leads to quality improvement. It is installed as a single piece at the installation location, and no welding work is done at the installation location of the lining tank.
Since the cause of impediment to work efficiency here is removed, the efficiency of the work process as a whole can be improved, and the quality can be improved. In addition, as mentioned above, since the installation is carried out all at once, the period of interference with the lining tank body and the surrounding civil works is short, which reduces problems in the progress of the process.
