Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a recording medium with a coloring image to be applied to an arbitrary matter, by a method wherein the recording medium is provided with a color developing layer and an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:In a recording medium provided with a color developer layer reacting with a dye precursor to form color, an adhesive part is provided. A substrate sheet of a plastic film, a woven textile of nylon, silk, cotton, etc., a paper, or the like is used. A color developer of an inorganic acid substance, such as acid clay, activated clay, and kaolin; a phenol compound, such as p- cresol, p-phenylphenol, and p-chlorophenol; an aromatic carboxylic acid type compound such as salicylic acid; a metal salt of an aromatic carboxylic acid type compound, such as zinc salicylate and tin salicylate; a metallic compound, such as ferric stearate, magnesium stearate, and zinc stearate; or the like is used. An adhesive of acrylic type, silicone type, natural rubber type, synthetic rubber type, vinyl type, or the like can be used. After forming color, the recording medium can be applied to an arbitrary substance with use of the adhesive part.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of recording medium carries microcapsules encapsulating at least a dye precursor that develops color by reacting with a color developer (
) and a transfer type recording medium that develops color by overlapping and pressing a microcapsule medium carrying a color developer and a color developer medium carrying a color developer, and a transfer type recording medium in which the microcapsules and the color developer are mixed or overlapped in two layers. There are self-coloring recording media that develop color under pressure, but both require the use of preformed recording media, and their range of use is very limited.

・Adhesive/Color developer The above viscosity agent composition was dissolved in toluene so that the solid content was 20%, and the solution was coated on the base sheet 1, which is a polynisdel film with a thickness of 25 μm, for 15 minutes at 110° C. After drying for 2 minutes,
Adhesive layer 2 with a thickness of 5 μm was removed. On the sticky layer 2, a peeling nail 3 on the silicone coat side was attached so that the silicone coat side and the sticky layer 2 were in contact with each other. Applying a water-dispersed solution of the color developer composition to a solid content of 50% on the surface opposite to the adhesive 2 of the base sheets 1 to 1,

The function of the color developer sheet 5 as a recording medium comprising the color developer layer 4 will be explained with reference to FIG. The color developer layer 4 of the color developer sheet 5 and the microcapsule layer 7 of the microcapsule sheet 6 to which the image has been exposed are made to overlap, and the pressure roller 8
By applying more pressure, Micro Cub 1? /shi layer 7 micro cub I? / is destroyed, and the dye precursor, which is the core material, reacts with the color developer to develop color. The color developing sheet 5 with an image obtained in this manner can be applied to any material by peeling off the peeling claw 3.

・Adhesive (34 parts of 1 gin ester ・Color forming agent) Gradually add component A of the adhesive composition to ff1M ethyl for 4 hours () to prepare, and add 50% solid content of B polymer ip/to this. A liquid containing a curing agent and rosin ester was applied to the base sheet 1, which is a polyester film with a thickness of 25 μm, to obtain an adhesive layer 9 with a dry thickness of 25 μm. A peel-off nail 3 was applied in the same manner as in Example 1.The above coloring agent composition was dispersed in water, applied to the opposite side of the sticky layer 9 of the above-mentioned base sheet 1, dried at 100°C for 1 minute, and dried to a thickness of 50 μm. A thick color-forming layer 10 was obtained. The microcapsules had a dye precursor and a photocurable resin dissolved in 1 to 1 to 1 toluene as the core material, and gelatin was used as the wall material.
It is made using the coacervation method. In this way, the IIJ sheet 1, the sticky layer 9, the peeling nail 3, the coloring layer'O
A self-coloring sheet 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention is made of: This action involves exposing an image to the coloring layer 10, applying pressure, crushing the microcapsules in the coloring layer 10, and releasing the core material! The 01 precursor and the J[fi agent] react to form a color. The image-removed self-coloring sheet 11 can be applied to any material from which the paper 3 is to be removed.
