Abstract

振動されるようにし、変位検出器(3)にエリロアアー
ムbの前後方向の変位を該ばね板(9)を介して検出す
るようにし友。該変位検出器(3)は、被測定物に光線
を照射する光源(3a)と、被測定物からの散乱光を結
像させる複数の受光素子を配列した結像部(3b)とを
備え、該結像部(3b)を光源r3a3の光軸に対し斜
