Conventional technology Traditionally, vegetable containers were installed in refrigerators to prevent deterioration of freshness in the open air environment (particularly shrinkage due to dryness and high-temperature damage) and preserve vegetables for as long as possible. It is common practice to accommodate the This conventional example will be explained below with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator body, which is divided by a partition wall 2 into a freezer compartment 3 at the top and a refrigerator compartment 4 at the bottom. 6 is a door provided opposite to the refrigerator compartment 4. Further, 6 is a vegetable container provided at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 4. A glass lid 7 around which a rubber gasket is disposed is provided in close contact with the upper opening surface of the vegetable container 6.

With this configuration, the vegetable container 6 is almost sealed by the glass lid 7, and the stored vegetables 8 are prevented from drying and shriveling, and the cooling effect in the refrigerator compartment 4 keeps the vegetable container 6 moderately closed. It was devised to preserve vegetables 8 for as long as possible by maintaining the temperature at a low temperature.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned configuration, since the structure is mostly closed, the water vapor evaporating from the vegetables 8 is absorbed into the inner surface of the vegetable container 6 and the glass lid 7. Dew condensed and adhered to the inner surface. This is because the outer surfaces of the vegetable container 6 and the lid 7 are cooled by the cold air convecting inside the refrigerator compartment 4, and -
However, the temperature inside the vegetable container 6 is high due to the respiratory heat of the vegetables 8.
This is because a temperature difference occurs between the inside and outside of the surfaces of the vegetable container 6 and the lid 7. Water droplets adhering to the inner surfaces of the vegetable container 6 and the lid 7 fall by natural fall or due to vibrations when the vegetable container 6 is attached and removed, and are deposited on the surface of the stored vegetables 8 and the bottom of the vegetable container 6. There was a problem that the vegetables 8 would be damaged due to accumulation, and in severe cases, it would lead to rotting, so in reality, the period that the vegetables 8 could be stored in a fresh state was not that long.
Apart from this, the vegetable container 6 is fixed at a predetermined position in the refrigerator compartment 4 together with its lid 7, and is generally used exclusively for vegetables. There is also the problem that even if one wants to store a large amount of vegetables, it is not possible to store more than the capacity of the provided vegetable container 6.

Effect: With the above-described configuration, the present invention allows water vapor generated from stored vegetables by transpiration or respiration to permeate through the moisture-permeable membrane of the lid at saturated humidity, without condensing on the inner surface of the container or the lid. , the inside of the container is maintained at an appropriate humidity, allowing vegetables to be stored for a long time. In addition, the container can be carried as a set with the lid, the storage location is not limited, and the capacity can be arbitrarily selected. Even when multiple vegetable storage containers are stacked together, a ventilation path of a certain height is created between the lid surface and the bottom of the container due to the protrusion that protrudes upward or downward from the lid or container, allowing moisture to pass through. The effect is not impaired.

is engaged with the lower end of the frame 14 to form a sealed state. Here, the moisture permeable membrane 13 will be explained. The moisture permeable membrane 13 includes a silicon thin film 16 and hydrophilic nylon fibers 17.
The silicon thin film 16 has a thickness of about 10' to
It has a film thickness of about 50 μm and is composed of a mostly amorphous chain-like molecular aggregate, and the aggregate of these molecules completely blocks liquid and has gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 10 molecules. In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas can permeate through the membrane if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane.

Further, FIG. 3 shows an example in which the vegetable storage container 9 is housed in a refrigerator, in which the vegetable storage container 9 storing vegetables 8 is stacked and stored at an arbitrary position in the refrigerator compartment 4, and the lid body 11
The containers 10 stacked on top are supported by projections 16 at the four corners of the container. And 18 is a ventilation path formed by the protrusion 15.

In such a configuration, referring to the example shown in FIG. 3, the vegetable storage container 9 has a closed structure, so that cold air does not directly enter the container 10, and the moisture evaporated from the stored vegetables 8 is removed from the container 1o. is kept at high humidity. The moisture above the saturated humidity gradually permeates through the moisture permeable film 13 on the surface of the lid 11 to the side of the refrigerator compartment 4 where the humidity is low. Therefore,
Condensation does not occur on the inner surface of the container 10 or the lid 11, and the vegetables 8 are not damaged due to falling water droplets or contact with water. In this way, the freshness of the vegetables 8 is maintained for a long period of time without drying and wilting.

In addition, the vegetable storage container 9 is configured such that the container 1o and the lid 11 equipped with the moisture permeable membrane 13 are configured as a set and can be carried freely, and can be stored at any position in the refrigerator compartment 4 to obtain the same freshness preservation effect. By accommodating a vegetable storage container 9 of any capacity even in a refrigerator which is not equipped with a dedicated vegetable container 6, a long-term vegetable preservation function is added. Furthermore, even if the refrigerator is already equipped with a dedicated vegetable container 6, the amount of vegetables stored can be increased arbitrarily by additionally accommodating a vegetable storage container 9 as needed.

Even when a plurality of vegetable storage containers 9 are stacked and used, the upper container 1o is supported by the projections 16 provided at the four corners of the lid 11, so that the moisture permeable membrane 13 of the lid 11
A ventilation path 18 is formed at a constant interval between the surface of the container 1o and the bottom of the upper container 1o, and the moisture permeability of the moisture permeable membrane 13 is not impaired and the freshness preservation ability can be exhibited.

In the above example, the vegetable storage container 9 is housed in a refrigerator, but vegetables can be stored in a cool and dark place other than the refrigerator, and large-capacity storage can be achieved by stacking the containers. Also, for example, at the distribution stage of vegetables,
If the capacity of the container is set appropriately, it is possible to distribute vegetables without sacrificing freshness as a means of distribution such as direct-from-the-farm sales, which have been increasing in recent years.
