【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、衛生機器のうち湯水混合栓及び付
属部品としての連結管に於ける凍結防止の水抜き
の改良に関するものである。

作用頭に受ける水流路の通水時には作用頭に受け
る水圧によつて押棒を待機位置へ徐々に復帰する
ようにしたものである。

る作用頭11及び周面の環状溝12にパツキング
13を巻回した押棒14を介在させ、この押棒1
4は、前記通し孔10の内周面及び該内周面と接
触させたパツキング13とにより動摩擦的な摺動
自在に対応している。前記弁口5と同心に開口し
た螺口8aには軸孔15及びスプリング座16を
有するプラグ17を取付けると共に軸孔15を介
して逆止弁18を支承し、該逆止弁18の前記弁
口5と向合う面に、前記作用頭11を排水時に係
合する被作用頭19を突設し、前記スプリング座
16と逆止弁18の間にはスプリング20を弾装
して排水機構21を構成する。軸孔15aは、前
記本体1の中央部縦方向に貫通して設け、この軸
孔15aには後記の弁機能部22を内装した室2
3及び混合室24を上下に設けた機筐25の底面
に垂設してある軸26を挿通し、該軸26下端の
螺合部27にナツト28を取付けて前記本体1と
機筐25を一体的に結合することにより、機筐2
5内の給水室29と前記水流路3を、給水室29
に併設した給湯室30と前記湯流路4とをそれぞ
れ連通させてある。この給水室29及び給湯室3

に通じており、この板弁31は上部に一体的に組
付けた機筐25a及び作動軸32を介してレバー
33と連繋しており、該レバー33の開弁方向へ
の操作によつて前記板弁31の室23aと固定側
の板弁31aの通口34とが連通し、湯と水の同
量を前記混合室24へ供給して該混合室24に通
じている吐出管35を経て外部へ適温の温湯を供
給するように構成する。なお、吐出管35には水
抜栓50を設けてある。第3図ロ乃至第4図イ,
ロに示すものは何れも別の実施例であつて第3図
ロの排水機構21aは、本体1の螺口8に取付け
た弁筒36とダイヤフラム37、圧力室38及び
気孔39を有するスリーブナツト9aとからな
り、押棒14aは内端に複数のリブ49を有する
逆止弁18aを軸方向の突合せ状に対応させたも
のである。第4図イに示すものは、給水源の配管
と湯水混合栓の本体とを繋ぐ連結管2bの水流路
3aに、前記排水機構21を備えたものであり、
同じくロに示すものは、連結管2bの水流路3a
に排水機構21aを備えたものである。

残水は、元栓の閉塞と同時に元栓に備えられてい
る通常の排水孔が開放されているので、そのまま
排水孔を経て外部へ流出してしまう。この間押棒
14は、通し孔10の内部に押し入れたままの状
態で放置して置けば、時間の経過と共に排水を完
了する。

に該押棒を、周面のパツキングを介してスリー
ブナツトの通し孔に動摩擦的に摺動自在に介在
させ、この押棒の作用頭と前記逆止弁の被作用
頭とを係脱自在に対応させ、前記押棒は、逆止
弁を開弁する方向には外圧による一挙動で作動
し、前記水流路の通水時には水圧を受けて徐々
に待機位置へ復帰することを特徴とする水栓類
に於ける水抜き装置。 (2) 両端に弁口と螺口を有する弁筒に、圧力室、
気孔及び通し孔を備えたスリーブナツトを取付
け、その通し孔に挿通した押棒を、ダイヤフラ
ムによつて弁口側へ付勢することにより、押棒
と逆止弁を同一軸線上の突合せ方向に弾力的に
