However, the contact holding part is extremely thin, about 0.6 to 1.2 mm, and has a thickness of 0.05 m to 0.3 mm.
The work of silver-brazing one small contact point has to be done by hand, which has the problem of extremely poor workability and difficulty in mass production. Furthermore, it takes time and effort to inspect whether the silver soldering of the contacts has been done reliably, making it impossible to perform quality control efficiently and making it difficult to provide products at low prices and in large quantities. There were also some problems.

As mentioned above, the tip of the contact holding part 2a, which is formed extremely thin with a diameter of 0.6 m+s to 1.2 mm, has a diameter of 0.0 mm.
51) The work of silver brazing the thin contacts 3 of ~0.3R must be done manually, and therefore the work efficiency is extremely low.
Also, one silver-brazed contact part of the completed product.
Snow hardness inspection is required, which makes quality control difficult and increases product cost.

A composite bar 8 for contact made by welding a thin plate-like contact material 9 having a thickness of 0.05+u+ to 0.3 mm made of R, etc. is made into a block with a cross-sectional area approximately equal to the insertion hole 5b, as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, this block is formed into a size and shape that can be fitted into the fitting hole 5b through a die and a broach, and the formed body formed as described above is inserted into the fitting hole 5b. At the same time as being press-fitted, the head of the contact material 9 is plasticized to give it an appropriate roundness.

Accordingly, when using the method of manufacturing an electrical contact according to the present invention, a composite bar 8 for a contact, in which a thin plate-shaped contact material 9 is welded to the upper surface of an elongated prismatic conductor bar 10, is cut into a desired size. into the insertion hole 5b through the die or broach.
The formed body is press-fitted into the fitting hole 5b, and at the same time, the head of the contact material 9 is processed to give it an appropriate roundness. This eliminates the need to manually apply silver brazing to thin contacts on the parts, making it possible to automate all processing of fixed contacts, and to keep product costs low. Alternatively, a composite bar 8 for contacts, in which a contact material 9 is welded to a conductor bar 10 in advance, is formed into a contact member 6 having a predetermined size and shape, and the contact member 6 is inserted into a fitting hole 5b formed in a contact holding part 5a. Therefore, it is possible to inspect manufactured fixed contacts in a short time, and quality control can be greatly simplified.

Note that the configuration of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. That is, for example, in this embodiment, the contact holding member 5
A circular fitting hole 5b is formed in the fitting hole 5b, and a cylindrical contact member 6 is fitted into the fitting hole 5b. Of course, the shape may be prismatic, and the shape of each of these parts is suitably formed into an optimal shape depending on the purpose of use, the location of use, etc. of the fixed contact. In addition, the conductor bar was made of copper, old bronze, brass, etc., and the contact material was made of a noble metal for contact such as 508g-50Pd, 90Pd-10Ru or 80Pt-20Ir, but these also have different uses for the contact. The most suitable one is adopted depending on the situation. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a fixed contact used in a governor etc. for a micromotor, that is, a contact holding member, has a thread cut on its outer periphery, so that it can be screwed into a part of the main body of a micromotor etc. Although a fixed contact that can be easily attached and position-adjusted has been shown, it is not limited to the above-mentioned fixed contacts, and contacts used for other purposes can be similarly formed, and the scope of the present invention is This includes all modifications that can be easily figured out by those skilled in the art from the above description.
