Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency transformer in which a capacitor can be protected by forming a capacitor inserting hole formed at the side of a terminal board as a through hole, and forming a plurality of engaging projections provided at the side of a shielding case at the positions opposed to the through hole to easily automate the insertion of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 21 made of resin is formed of a coil winding collar 22 and a terminal board 23, a capacitor inserting through hole 24 is formed at the side and a capacitor lead wiring groove 25 communicating with the hole 24 is formed at the bottom of the board 23, and a pin terminal 26 is inserted. A capacitor 27 is inserted from the hole 24, and its leads are wound fixedly from capacitor wiring groove 24 to the terminal 26. A shielding case 29 has artificial legs 30 at the lower ends of opposed sides, and engaging projections 31 at the positions corresponding to the hole 24. Accordingly, it is not necessary to unify the directions of high frequency transformers, thereby automatically inserting the capacitor.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional transformer of this type will be explained based on the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, a conventional transformer consists of a boppin 1 and a terminal plate 2. The bopin 1 has a collar 3 for coil winding and is wound with a coil, and the terminal plate 2 A capacitor insertion hole 4 whose one end is closed on the side surface and a fitting protrusion 7 which fits into a fitting window 6 of a mold 5 made of resin surrounding the terminal plate 2.
It has a capacitor lead wiring groove 8 communicating with the capacitor insertion hole 4 on the bottom surface, and is made of resin with a pin terminal 9 implanted therein. The lead wire is guided through the lead wiring groove 8 and wound around the pin terminal 9, and as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. The M43fi is a combination of a shield case 12 made of metal and arranged to surround the mold 5 and having a protrusion 11 that fits into the lower end of the fitting protrusion 7 of the terminal board 2.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in a high frequency transformer having such a structure, one end of the capacitor insertion hole 4 is closed, so that the capacitor 1
0 is limited to one direction, and in order to automate the insertion of the capacitor 10, it is necessary to ensure that the high frequency transformer is oriented in the same direction when the pin terminal 9 is installed.

In addition, as shown in Fig. 8, as the trend toward smaller and thinner
The thickness d of the capacitor insertion hole 4 of the terminal plate 2 is thinner, and the 2M8 capacitor lead wiring is provided on the bottom of the terminal plate 2, which weakens the strength of the terminal plate 2. Problems such as deformation of the terminal plate 2, destruction of the internal capacitor 10, and narrowing of the spacing between the pin terminals 9 have occurred. In addition, burrs were likely to occur in the fitting window 6 of the terminal plate 2 of the mold, resulting in insufficient fitting and shortened mold life.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention makes the capacitor insertion hole provided on the side surface of the terminal board an n-hole, and also replaces the conventional fitting window provided in the mold made of resin. In addition, a plurality of fitting protrusions, which were conventionally provided at positions corresponding to the fitting windows on the side surface of the shield case, are now provided at positions facing the capacitor insertion through holes.

Effect With the above configuration, the capacitor lead provided on the side surface of the terminal board is made into a through hole, so there is no need to limit the direction in which the capacitor is inserted, and when the terminal board, mold, and shield case are combined, the tMI provided on the shield case
The i protrusion presses down the mold and engages with the capacitor mounting hole provided in the terminal plate, thereby preventing deformation of the terminal plate from external pressure and holding the terminal plate and mold together.
