内周部の板厚(図中す寸法)に比べて大とし、切刃エツ
ジを鋭角として切味性能を向上させるとともに、前記内
刃ブレード1と支持体2との連結部(図中C部)はR形
状として強度を向上させている。更に、第5図に示すよ
うに、内刃ブレード1の円弧を放物線形状にし、最も使
用頻度の大なる頂上部近傍に加わる負荷Pの上下方向分
力P1を半円弧状の内刃ブレードに比べて小さくし、内
刃ブレード1が変形し難くしている。

をセラミックで一体形成しているので、軽量で且つ剛性
大なる内刃が得られ、また任意の数の内刃ブレードを連
結できるため、一つの金型で部品を作り、この部品の組
合あわせ数を変えることにより内刃の長さが自由に設定
でき、更に使用に際しては内刃ブレード間の隙間から髭
屑が落ちるので、従来例のように内刃ブレード間に髭屑
が詰まることもなくなるのである。
