Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having modified section freely releasable even after application in long period of time, reusable many times, having no slippage during, use, comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having an uneven pressure-sensitive adhesive surface as a base. CONSTITUTION:For example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive preferably of a photocrosslinkable butyl rubber type is laid between a polyester film having 100mu thickness and a releasable polyester film and pressed at 80 deg.C in such a way that the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet layer layer is 0.4mm. Then the releasable polyester film is released. The same film as that of the releasable film is subjected to modified section treatment (embossing treatment),. the release face of the treated film is brought into contact with the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and pressed at 80 deg.C to give a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having modified section.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet having an irregular cross section with an uneven adhesive surface, and more specifically, an adhesive sheet with an irregular cross section on an adhesive surface that is extremely easy to peel and reuse. The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the following properties.

However, in such cases, if it becomes necessary to peel off the pasted material and reapply the pressure-sensitive adhesive-attached adhesive sheet to another material, the adhesive strength may be too strong to be removed, or even if it is possible to remove it, It will destroy the other material.

Therefore, as mentioned above (in order to perform re-bonding, it is common to use pressure-sensitive adhesives with low adhesive strength, so-called easy-peel pressure-sensitive adhesives, but the weaknesses of such pressure-sensitive adhesives are may be deformed and cannot be reapplied, or may peel off from the edge of the adhesive material during use, or may

(Objective of the Invention) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, provides a highly reliable adhesive sheet that can be easily reapplied many times, does not peel off during use, and has the following main points: This applies to an irregular cross-section adhesive sheet based on a pressure-sensitive adhesive whose adhesive surface is uneven.

Here, the term "irregular cross section" means, as already mentioned above, that when the adhesive sheet is arbitrarily cut vertically, the surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is not smooth but has irregularities in the cross section.

The adhesive sheet according to the present invention has an irregular cross section, that is, the adhesive surface is not smooth as usual but has an uneven shape, so the interface with the adherend is close to point contact or line contact, and therefore it can be applied to any arbitrary surface. There is also partial contact.

Generally, when peeling a surface-contact adhesive sheet from an adherend,
If a pressure-sensitive adhesive with high adhesive strength is used, the inside of the contact agent layer or the base material will be damaged, making it impossible to remove the adhesive sheet so that it can be reused, or a portion of the adhesive may adhere to the adhesive layer. Not only does the adhesive sheet remain unsightly, but it also makes it impossible to reuse the adhesive sheet itself.

On the other hand, the adhesive sheet according to the present invention is a partial contact type with an irregular cross section, and even if a pressure-sensitive adhesive with high adhesive strength is used, when it is peeled off from the adherend, the adhesive part and the non-contact part are separated at the peeling interface. Since they appear alternately, they can be easily peeled off. This is because the peeling point moves to the non-contact area before the material breaks down at the adhesive part, and this phenomenon is repeated, so the material does not break and the entire part can be peeled off cleanly.

Moreover, since a pressure-sensitive adhesive with high adhesive strength is used as the adhesive, there is no possibility of spontaneous peeling from the edges during use, making it extremely reliable. It is also possible to use it repeatedly on various adherends many times.

A possible problem here is whether or not the irregular cross section, that is, the unevenness of the adhesive surface, can maintain its shape for a long period of time. If there is a possibility that the unevenness of the adhesive surface changes during use or storage due to the fluidity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the uneven surface can be maintained as is by introducing a crosslinked structure into the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

As mentioned above, the adhesive sheet according to the present invention can be freely peeled off even after being applied for a long time, and can be repeatedly used and peeled off many times. Moreover, since it can be applied to all kinds of materials as adherends, a wide variety of uses can be considered. and (for advertising media, various signs, decorations, interior and exterior of buildings, interior and exterior of transportation facilities,
It can be used for electrical equipment, indoor and outdoor equipment, civil engineering, marine related products, daily necessities, toys, sporting goods, play equipment, and other endless uses.

Various pressure sensitive adhesives are used in the adhesive sheet according to the present invention. For example, rubber-based, acrylic-based, urethane-based, silicone-based, and epoxy-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are used. After providing these pressure-sensitive adhesives with irregularities on their adhesive surface to create irregular cross-sections, to introduce a crosslinked structure.

In addition, there are various methods for imparting unevenness to the adhesive surface, such as inserting the plate between female plates engraved in advance, pressing it, continuously passing it between engraved rolls, or having an irregular cross section. This is done by stacking it with release paper or film and pressing it, or by passing it between rolls.
