Conventional technologyRecently, the needs of the construction industry have become more sophisticated and diversified in accordance with the demands of the times, and the role of interior and exterior materials has become increasingly important not only from the functionality and practicality standpoint, but also from the perspective of interior design and interior design. It has become to. Over time, copper's unique color, texture, and high-class image have led to a reconsideration of the properties of copper in a variety of applications, including roofs and rain gutters, and its uses have expanded, especially in building materials made of copper. As a result, the production of copper sheets used as building materials is rapidly increasing. Conventionally, when a copper plate is used as an interior or exterior material, the copper plate is generally subjected to a surface treatment such as etching or sulfiding to form a pattern of an appropriate shape.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in order to perform etching or the like on a copper plate, the thickness of the copper plate must be increased to a certain extent, and there is a certain limit to how thin the plate can be made. As a result, ff1fl not only becomes heavier, but also has the drawbacks of higher material costs. Moreover, etching and sulfiding processes require specialized techniques and are time-consuming, which increases processing costs. Although it met the demands of the times as a material, there was a problem in that it still could not be used casually.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the needs of the times and the conventional problems as described above, and uses relatively expensive metal materials such as copper and nickel, and has a unique color and texture. Although it is a metal that can shorten the manufacturing process as much as possible and significantly reduce material costs, it can also be used not only as interior and exterior materials for buildings but also for a wide range of applications such as sheet metal processing and various crafts. This paper aims to provide a decorative board and a method for manufacturing the same.

Known adhesive bonding materials such as metal, paper, and fiber may be used as appropriate, or, for example, a double-sided bonding material made of foamed acrylic foam and coated with a strong acrylic adhesive on both sides. The use of an adhesive is ideal because acrylic resin has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance, and there is almost no deterioration in adhesive strength even outdoors where it is constantly exposed to wind and rain.

First, a thin copper plate in the form of a foil (usually 0.5 mm thick) is placed on one side of a substrate l made of a relatively thin iron plate with a bonding material 3 interposed therebetween.
The surface plate 2 consisting of a thickness of approximately 1sa to 0.051cm (appropriately, but not limited thereto, for example, a thickness of approximately 0.5am is also possible) is polymerized to form a three-layer laminated state, and then a roller type The substrate 1 and the top plate 2 are pressed together in the stacking direction using an embossing machine (not shown) such as E.g. The embossed pattern may be applied to both the surface plate 2 and the substrate l.

The appropriate thickness of the entire plate is approximately 0.1° to 1.0 mg, but it is not limited to this. Also, when bonding the substrate 1 and the surface plate 2, it is necessary to bond the adherend in advance. The adhesion can be made even more reliable by removing oil, moisture, flakes, etc. adhering to the surface with a solvent, and in cold weather by lightly warming the adherend and the bonding material with an eight-coat or the like.

Effects of the Invention As mentioned in section 2, the present invention provides a method of interposing a bonding material such as a double-sided adhesive on a substrate made of a relatively inexpensive metal material such as iron or aluminum or an adhesive material such as paper or fiber. Then, a surface plate formed in a foil shape using a relatively expensive metal such as copper, nickel, or titanium is polymerized, and then the substrate and the surface plate are pressed together in the direction of the layering using an embossing machine to integrate them. In this structure, an embossed pattern of an appropriate shape is formed on the surface plate or on both the surface plate and the substrate at the same time as the crimping. Therefore, metal materials such as copper, nickel, or titanium are used as the surface plate, and these copper or nickel materials are used as the surface plate. It is possible to obtain highly decorative metal decorative boards that take advantage of the unique colors and textures of these materials. In addition, although the surface plate is made of relatively expensive metal materials such as copper, nickel, and titanium, it is a foil-like thin plate, which significantly reduces material costs. Since it is carried out simultaneously in one process on the machine, embossing can be easily and reliably applied without damaging the surface plate even if it is a thin foil-like surface plate, and it also shortens the manufacturing process for decorative metal sheets. As a result, workability can be significantly improved, and together with reduction in material costs, inexpensive products can be provided.

Furthermore, according to the method of the present invention, a deep and clear pattern can be produced even though the surface plate is in the form of a foil, compared to conventional etching patterns. In addition, during construction, the metal decorative board of the present invention can be freely attached to curved surfaces by using 11i tape, various quick-drying adhesives, nails, rivets, etc. It can be used not only for materials and exterior materials, but also for a wide range of applications such as sheet metal processing and various crafts, and has extremely useful new effects.
