In recent years, the demand for a cosmetic material having a three-dimensional appearance and a cosmetic material having a beautiful design has been increasingly strong. A decorative material having a surface embossing is also one of such decorative materials, and the production of the embossed decorative material is usually performed by bonding an embossed decorative sheet to a plate-like substrate with an adhesive, or This is performed by embossing a decorative base material on which a decorative sheet is attached. The former manufacturing method has many steps and has to wait for the adhesive to dry, resulting in low productivity. In the latter manufacturing method,
It is difficult to make something with a sharp emboss.

In a method for producing a decorative material, which comprises laminating a decorative sheet (2) on a plate-like substrate (1), a thermoplastic sheet selected from polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride on the surface of a paper sheet as the decorative sheet (2). Pressing means (5) having a resin layer (22), a concealing printing layer, a picture printing layer, and a gloss adjusting layer, and having a heat-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface, and a decorative sheet having an embossing plate (6) ), The decorative sheet (2) is bonded to the substrate (1), and at the same time, the embossed sheet (7) is provided on the decorative sheet. The plate-shaped substrate used in the present invention can be arbitrarily selected from those used in the production of this type of decorative material.
For example, plywood, wood board such as particle board, gypsum board, gypsum board such as gypsum slag board,
Pulp cement board, asbestos cement board, wood chip cement board,
Cement-based plates such as glass fiber reinforced concrete plates, lightweight foamed concrete plates, hollow extruded cement plates, etc., calcium silicate plates, asbestos slate plates, ceramic plates such as ceramic plates and glass plates, and iron plates, galvanized steel plates, copper plates, and aluminum It is a metal plate such as a plate or an enameled iron plate. As the substrate sheet, for example, a paper sheet such as a thin paper, a resin-mixed paper, a resin-impregnated paper, a plastic sheet, a metal foil, and a nonwoven fabric are used. Thickness is 30 ~ according to the application
Select from the range of 1000μ. A paper sheet that is convenient for adhesion to a plate-like substrate is particularly preferable, and its basis weight is 23 to 15
About 0 g / m 2 is sufficient. The thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer is selected according to the emboss depth to be provided. The concealed solid printing layer and the pattern printing layer are made of the same polyolefin resin or polyvinyl chloride resin as the thermoplastic resin layer or another appropriate resin as a vehicle, and a colorant, a plasticizer, a stabilizer selected from an appropriate pigment or dye. It can be formed by known printing means using an ink obtained by kneading an agent, other additives, a solvent or a diluent. All or a part of the pattern can be formed by a metal deposition layer.
The gloss adjusting layer is provided to protect the surface of the decorative sheet, prevent the picture printing layer from disappearing, and provide a preferable gloss to the surface of the decorative sheet. The gloss adjusting layer can be formed by applying a paint using an appropriate vehicle. The bonding of the decorative sheet (2) to the plate-like substrate (1) uses an adhesive that exhibits an adhesive force by heat. For this, known means such as application of an adhesive for dry lamination and extrusion coating of hot melt are used. The pressing means may be either a roll press or a press plate. When the embossing plate is provided on the pressing means, the embossing plate may be formed on the press roll itself in the case of a roll press, and when using a press plate, the plate may be mounted on the press plate for use.

A 35μ thick thermoplastic resin layer (22) extruded and coated with polyethylene resin is formed on a base sheet (21) of thin paper “HP-40” (manufactured by Tenma Specialty Paper) with a basis weight of 40 g / m 2. Concealed solid printing layer, picture printing layer and gloss adjustment on which three types of printing inks "SP (C)", "SAM" and "L-13-C" (all manufactured by Showa Ink) were gravure printed in order. A decorative sheet (2) provided with a decorative layer (23)
Was prepared. An adhesive (3) was applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet (2), and was laminated on a plywood as a plate-like substrate (1). In a press apparatus “Quick Step Laminator” (manufactured by Ben Hehner, West Germany), the press plate on the decorative sheet side was replaced with a press plate having an embossing plate, and press-laminated at 140 ° C. for 2 seconds.
