Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-9380, bellows have a cylindrical body, a sharp valley portion located on the cylindrical surface including the cylindrical body, and a sharp valley portion located on the outside of the cylindrical body. A bellows is known which has a structure in which a large number of annular V-waveform portions are bent and formed by a peak portion and an annular plate body connecting the sharp valley portions and the sharp peak portions with a straight line. In the case of the Perot X having this annular V-waveform part, compared to a bellows having a large number of annular waveform parts having valleys with a semicircular cross section and peaks with a semicircular cross section, the perot X has an annular shape within the same length. It has the advantage that the amount of expansion and contraction can be increased by increasing the number of waveforms.

However, in the case of the bellows having a large number of annular V-shaped wave portions, since the annular plate is a plate that connects the sharp valley and the peak in a straight line, an inversion phenomenon occurs when the annular plate expands and contracts. The amount of expansion and contraction of the bellows does not increase that much.

In addition, when manufacturing the conventional bellows having a large number of annular V-shaped portions, first, as shown in FIG. An annular corrugated portion 17 having a crest 16 of semi-circular cross section located at is formed, and then, as shown in FIG. Although it is necessary to crush the trough 17, since the inner peripheral side portion of the trough 15 with the semicircular cross section has a smaller portion protruding inward than the inner periphery of the mold 18 and 19, the trough 15 with the semicircular cross section As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, a circular portion 20 with a relatively large radius is generated, making it impossible to form a sharp valley.

With this invention, sharp valleys can be easily formed,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a bellows that can easily expand and contract more than the conventional bellows, and a method for manufacturing the same. A trough portion 2 having a sharp V-shaped cross section located therein, a peak portion 6 having a sharp V-shaped cross section located on the outside of the cylindrical body 1, and an annular shape having an obtuse V-shaped laminated cross section interposed between the valley portion and the peak portion. a large number of annular refractive waveform portions 5 consisting of plates 4;
The first invention provides a bellows characterized in that a trough portion 6 having a semicircular cross section is located on the inner side 1 of the cylindrical body 1.
A large number of annular waveform portions 8 having semicircular cross-sectional peaks 7 located on the outside of the cylindrical body 1 are formed, and then a pair of portions of each of the annular waveform portions 8 located on the inside of the cylindrical body 1 are formed. A pair of outer molds having an annular protrusion 11 and an annular groove 12 having an obtuse V-shaped cross section 13 and 14, each annular waveform portion has a valley portion 2 with a sharp V-shaped cross section, a peak portion 3 with a sharp V-shaped cross section, and an obtuse V shape interposed between the valley portion 2 and the peak portion 3. A second invention provides a method for manufacturing a bellows, characterized in that an annular plate 4 having a layered cross section is formed.

According to this invention, the valley portion 2 having a sharp V-shaped cross section and the sharp V
A large number of annular refraction waveform parts 5 are connected to the cylindrical body 1, and each of the annular bending waveform parts 5 is composed of a peak part 3 having a shaped cross section, and an annular plate 4 having an obtuse V-shaped folded cross section interposed between the valley part 2 and the peak part B. Since the bellows is constituted by the bellows, the trough portions 2 and peak portions 3 of the acute V-shaped cross section in each annular refraction waveform portion 5 can be greatly expanded and contracted, and the portions of the obtuse V-shaped layered cross-section can be expanded and contracted. The bent portion in the annular plate 4 can be easily bent, and therefore the bellows can be easily expanded and contracted. Further, a large number of annular wave-shaped portions 8 having a trough portion 6 with a semicircular cross section located inside the cylindrical body 1 and a peak portion 7 with a semicircular cross section located on the outer side of the cylindrical body 1 are formed, and then the Each annular waveform portion 8
