  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 a エンジンの運転状態を検出する運転状態検出
    手段と、 b 吸気の過給圧力を検出する過給圧検出手段と
    、 c エンジンの運転状態からエンジンの加速を判
    別する加速判別手段と、 d エンジンが加速状態に移行すると、そのとき
    のエンジンの加速程度に応じて可変容量ターボチ
    ヤージヤのノズル面積を設定する面積設定手段と
    、 e エンジンが加速状態にないとき可変容量ター
    ボチヤージヤのノズル面積を最大とし、加速状態
    に移行すると、面積設定手段により設定されたノ
    ズル面積に保持するとともに、過給圧力が所定値
    まで上昇するとノズル面積を最大とするような制
    御値を演算する面積制御手段と、 f 面積制御手段の出力に基づいて可変容量ター
    ボチヤージヤのノズル面積を変えるノズル可変手
    段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする可変容量ターボチヤ
    ージヤの制御装置。
