Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、バンド又はテープ状でありながら全体とし
て柔軟で恰も紐の如く結束可能な梱包テープに関するも
のである。

現在使用されている梱包材料としては、熱融接着の梱包
機に適用するポリプロピン、ポリエチレン又はナイロン
等の合成樹脂製バンドと、自動結束機等に適用するポリ
プロ又はポリエチレン製帯紐がある。

（目的）
本発明はバンドク）平坦面保持性と帯紐の長所を併有す
る結束可能な梱包テープを提供するものである。

（構成）
本発明梱包テープは、引張強度の大きい合成樹脂製フィ
ルム即ち従来結束紐として用いられているフィルム材料
を所定巾に折畳んでエンボス加工を施すことによって重
ね合せフィルムを仮着状態で一体化したちのであって被
梱包物に対してはテープ面で接触し、しかも結束部では
従来の帯紐と同様に何らの抵抗もなく紐として機能する
ものである２ 従って従来の結束機に適用して恰も梱包バンドの如く掛
は渡されしかも自白な結束ができるものである。

（実施例）
第１図において、押出機から押比された厚さ約２４μの
高密度ポリエチレンフィルム（Ａ）は、スリッタ（１〉
によって巾約、１１０ｍｍに分割され折畳み装置（２）
によって両側縁（Ｂ）が対向する如く（第２図（ロ））
折畳まれる。

いて約５．４倍に延伸され、巾約２４ｍｍの二層テープ
（Ｄ）にされた後折畳み装置（６）によってｊｉｊｌｉ
縁対向部が内側になるように折畳まれて四層テープ（Ｅ
）とされ（第２図（ハ））エンボスロース（７）によっ
て型押（８）シて巻取られる。

いて約５．４倍に延伸され、巾約２４ｍｍの二層テープ
（Ｄ）にされた後折畳み装置（６）によってｊｉｊｌｉ
縁対向部が内側になるように折畳まれて四層テープ（Ｅ
）とされ（第２図（ハ））エンボスロース（７）によっ
て型押（８）シて巻取られる。
このようにして得られたテープはｒｌｌｉ２ｍｍ、目付
的９ｇ／ｍ、破断強度２８ｋｇ、破断伸度１８％であっ
た。

（効果）
型押されたテープ（Ｅ）は凹凸が全面に且つ各層を貫通
して形成されているので各層の面は容易にずれない特長
がある。

従って通常の作業ではテープ状を保持しているが結束作
業の如く捩１つ力を加えると容易に分離して紐条となる

またこのテープはフィルムの側縁（Ｂ）がテープの両側
縁に存在しないから被梱包物又は人間の手に対する接触
が柔らかくなる利点もある。

なお上記実施例においてスリット巾を約１７２にした二
層テープ（Ｄ）をそのまま型押ロール（７）によって型
押したものも軽量物梱包テープとして使用できる池、三
層テープ等も同様に製造できる。

Claims (2)
- （１）帯状フィルムがその両側縁を対向する如く折畳ま
れて延伸されると共に全体に押型が施されて折畳み重ね
合せフィルムが添着状態とされていることを特徴とする
結束用梱包テープ。 - （２）折畳み対向部が内側にされて再度折畳まれてなる
