The frame material 1 shown in FIG. 1 is made by welding the connecting boundary edges 7 of the side walls of the frame material 1 having a U-shaped cross section.
According to this structure, not only is it time-consuming to connect the frame members 1, but also it is even more time-consuming to polish the protrusions created by welding into a flat shape, resulting in poor workability.
Furthermore, advanced technology was required to connect the frame members 1 with high precision.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, the frame material 1 connected by spot welding the L fittings is time-consuming and requires a large-scale spot welding machine, similar to the frame material 1 shown in Fig. 1. However, it also had the disadvantage that it was difficult to achieve accuracy.

The frame members 1 connected with the structure shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, if a V-groove is carved into the side wall 4 of the frame material 1 for bending, the bending process requires time and special equipment, and There was a drawback that the connection state between the frame 1a and the horizontal frame 1b was specified.

In this connection structure, the width of the base of the protrusion is narrowed to form an undercut shape, and the slit has a wide part and a narrow part, the wide part is wider than the maximum width of the protrusion, and the narrow part is the part of the protrusion. It is narrower than the maximum width of the tube and narrower than the width of the base to prevent it from being pulled out by rotation after insertion.

The connection method of this structure allows connection simply by rotating after inserting the protrusion, so it is easy to connect. However, it is not possible to prevent the bars inserted into the slits from tilting, and when these bars are assembled into a rectangular shape, they cannot be held in a rectangular shape and have the disadvantage of being distorted into a free parallelogram shape. Furthermore, a right-angle connection structure has been developed in which an undercut-shaped protrusion is inserted into the slit and the tip of the protrusion is bent to prevent it from being pulled out of the slit. Page 148 [425]). However, this connecting method requires time and effort to connect because the protrusions must be bent after being inserted into the slits. Also, similar to the above-mentioned connecting structure, it has the disadvantage that it cannot be held in a rectangular shape when connected. It was hot.

[Purpose of this invention] This invention was developed to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional panels. The important purpose of this invention is to eliminate the need for welding and polishing after welding, and to make the frame material 1 simple. Furthermore, the vertical frame 1a and the horizontal frame 1b can be connected at right angles with high efficiency and precision without positional deviation.Furthermore, since the vertical frame 1a and the horizontal frame 1b cannot be pulled out in the connected state, simply and easily can be achieved by simply fixing both frames to the surface plate. Moreover, the objective is to provide panels that can be mass-produced at low cost.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the surface plate 3 is fixed to the outer surface of the side wall 4, and the protrusion 6 is fixed with the outer surfaces of the side walls 4 of both frame members 1 being in the same plane. In order to prevent the horizontal frame 1b from rotating, the hook slit 5a and the projection 6 are arranged at the center of the back surface 2, and both ends of the hook slit 5a protrude.

When rotating the horizontal frame 1b to move the base of the protrusion 6 from the insertion slit 5c to the hook slit 5a,
As shown in FIG. 9, by shifting the horizontal frame 1b laterally,
After turning (shifting it to the right in Figure 9) and moving it to the hook slit 5a, shift the horizontal frame 1b to the center (shifting it from right to left in Figure 10), and then move both frame members. The outer surfaces of the side walls 4 of 1 are aligned in the same plane.

[Assembling method] In the panel configured as described above, the top plate 3 is placed on a horizontal flat plate, and the top plate 3 is placed on top of the top plate 3.
The frame member 1 is connected at right angles through the notch 5 and the protrusion 6.
A flat plate is placed on top of this, and the frame material 1 and the surface plate 3 are pressed and bonded. The frame material 1 and the surface plate 3 are adhesively fixed to each other using, for example, an epoxy adhesive.

[Effects of the present invention] The architectural panels of this invention can be connected by simply rotating the protrusions of one frame member into the notches of the other frame member. Therefore, the frame materials can be connected very simply, easily, and quickly, there is no need to weld the frame materials or bend the inserted protrusions as in the past, and there is no misalignment with high precision. It has the advantage of being able to be assembled efficiently.

Furthermore, a noteworthy feature of this invention is that the frame material is formed into a U-shape in cross section, the ends of both side walls are cut perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and furthermore, the protrusions are provided to protrude from the side walls. Insert the protrusion into the notch,
When both frames are connected, the end faces of the side walls come into contact with the back surface, thereby holding the corners of the connected frame members at right angles. In particular, a frame material in which two vertical frames and two horizontal frames are connected at right angles at the four corners is held in a rectangular shape and is not distorted into a free parallelogram. For this reason, the connected frame materials are held in a rectangular shape and can be easily placed on the surface plate, and can be easily mounted on the rectangular surface panel.
Moreover, it has the advantage of being able to be accurately fixed in a fixed position.

Furthermore, in the frame material provided with the notch, the protrusion is inserted from the back toward the side wall so that the side wall is located on the outer periphery of the panel, that is, the groove of the frame material is open to the outer periphery, and the protrusion Since the length of the protrusion is formed to be less than the height of the side wall, the protrusion penetrating the back surface is disposed within the groove of the frame member and does not protrude from the frame member to the outer periphery. Therefore, after inserting the protrusions into the notches, simply fixing the panels on both sides of the frame material eliminates the need for extra effort such as bending the protrusions, and the frame material is securely fixed. The rotation of the frame material is also stopped by the panels fixed on both sides, and the frame material can be firmly connected and fixed without being pulled out.
