Claims (1)
- 光半導体素子たる発光素子と受光素子とを所定
距離隔てて対向させて両者間に光路を形成し、こ
の光路が遮断されたか否かを検出する光センサに
おいて、前記光半導体素子の前面側に、一端面が
この光半導体素子に対向し且つ前記光路と略平行
な方向に沿つて周面に凹凸が形成してある導光体
を設けたことを特徴とする光センサ。
