Claims (1)
薄膜EL素子及び該薄膜EL素子に対する絶縁性
保護用流体を収納した薄膜ELパネルに於いて、
前記外囲器壁部に孔が穿設され該孔に前記絶縁性
保護用流体を注入するための注入用パイプが挿入
され、前記孔の外方端では前記孔より径大のザグ
リ穴と該ザグリ穴より径大の凹陥部が階段状に形
成され、前記ザグリ穴内では前記注入用パイプの
端部が封止されるとともに前記注入用パイプより
漏洩する前記絶縁性保護用流体の貯溜部が構成さ
れてなり、前記凹陥部内には平板キヤツプが収納
され前記ザグリ穴が該平板キヤツプと接着剤で密
封されていることを特徴とする薄膜ELパネルの
