圧を印加し、同圧電素子によつて弾性体表面に楕
円運動による超音波振動を発生させ、該振動によ
り上記弾性体表面に圧接された移動体を駆動する
超音波モータにおいて、 上記弾性体表面を円筒面または円錐面に形成す
ると共に、同弾性体表面に可撓性を有する移動体
を張力を与えて圧接させて同移動体を駆動するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 上記移動体を可撓性を有するベルトまたは
