中に離間して互いに平行に並べて設け、このマグネット
3を可撓レバー4の遊端で支持し、流れが生じたとき可
撓レバー4が流体流によって変位し、マグネット3がリ
ードスイッチ2に接近する結果、リードスイッチ2が閉
じ電気的信号を発生し流れが検知されるようにした機械

(発明の構成)
本発明の流体の物理量検知装置は流路にボール弁を介挿
せしめ、このボール弁のボールの回転中心軸に断面が非
円形の貫通溝を設け、この貫通溝にこれに合致する断面
形状の物理!検知器を挿入し、その下端検知部を前記ボ
ールの流路に露出せしめると共にその上端部を前記ボー

弁8のボール9の回転中心軸に断面が非円形の貫通溝を
設け、この貫通溝にこの貫通溝の断面に合致する断面形
状の筒状の流体の物理量検知器、例えば前記第3図に示
したような筒状の機械式流速検知器又は電磁式流速検知
器10を挿通しその下端に設けた検知部をボール9の流
路11内に突出せしめると共にその上端を前記ボール弁
8の外匣12より突出せしめ、この上部をボール弁8に
バッキング13及びフランジ14を介して液密に固定せ
しめ、前記検知器10とボール9をレバー15により回

の下端検知部を前記ボールの流路に露出せしめると共に
その上端部を前記ボール弁の外匣に液密に連結せしめた
