There is a method in which a recess the size of an IC module is provided using a method such as a drill, and the IC module is buried in the recess using an adhesive.

A method has been adopted in which the IC module is buried in the hole and then press laminated.

When it is bent, there is a problem that cracks or curls occur in the Ricardo base material from which the IC module has been detached.
