Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and simultaneously perform the mixing and feed of a material, by providing rotary shafts wherein a large number of blades are alternately fixed to both shafts so as to be arranged in a multistage fashion and the leading ends of the blades are made to mutually approach the opposed shafts to cross each other. CONSTITUTION:When a pulley 5D rotates inwardly, shafts 5, 6 are operated so as to rotate in opposed relationship. When a material is charged to said shafts 5, 6 from a charge port, said material is taken in the gap between blades 5-1, 5-2 by the blade 5-1. When the material is rotated to rise to a crossing part, said material is cut by a blade 6-1 to be taken in the gap between the blades 6-1, 6-2 and subsequently taken in the gap between blades 5-2, 5-3. As mentioned above, cutting is alternately repeated by the blades of each stage and the material alternately moves between dual cylinders to be forcibly fed by one stage and reaches a blade 6-20 to be discharged.

って投入された材料は、回転する両軸の羽根によって、
回転、交錯部での切削、推進が双円筒間で交互に反覆さ
れるので、常に材料を分断し混合して推進する動作とな
る。

備え、円弧内交錯回転により交互切削を反覆して、撹拌
混合しながら推送する機能を具備する構造であることを
特徴とする双スクリュー混合搬送装置。
