に示すトロコイド式オイルポンプのアウタロータ
とインナロータまわりの拡大正面図である。第３
図は、第２図に示すインナロータの歯先部のＡ―
Ａ線断面説明図である。第４図は、外歯切欠部と
内歯切欠部との重なり部を示す説明図である。第
５図は、油室の圧力上昇速度を円滑化するように
、ハウジングに連通溝を設けた従来のトロコイド
式オイルポンプである。第６図は、第５図に示す
従来のトロコイド式オイルポンプのハウジングの
Ｂ―Ｂ線断面説明図である。 １……オイルポンプ、２……ハウジング、４…

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 焼結金属で形成された、内歯を有するアウタロ
    ータと、該内歯と係合して油室を画成する外歯を
    有するインナロータとを備えたトロコイドポンプ
    において、 内歯と外歯の歯先部分に夫々切欠部を設け、該
    切欠部を、油室へのオイル閉じ込み完了後上記油
    室のリーデイング側端部に位置する内歯と外歯と
    の切欠部相互の重なり部がインナロータとアウタ
    ロータの回転に伴つて増加するように配設したこ
    とを特徴とするオイルポンプ。
