部とこれに対に設けた駆動用電極とが発光ドツト
ピツチで一列に配設され、且つ他面側に前記各L
ED発光部にそれぞれ対向して光取出し孔を配設
した不透明な共通電極を設けた形状とし、この各
LEDアレイを、前記発光ドツトピツチで平行に
配列した複数個のリード端子に直交させて前記発
光ドツトピツチで平行に配列するとともに、前記
各駆動用電極をそれぞれ対向する前記リード端子
に電気的接続状態に直接取付け、これら各LED
アレイおよびリード端子を、樹脂でモールドして
被覆してなることを特徴とするLEDドツトマト
リツクス表示器。
