フロースイツチまたは流量センサーで検知してバ

より水管、熱交換部を流れる水を加熱して出湯す

置する給湯管に挿設されたタンクと、このタンク
に取付けられた電気ヒータと、前記タンクに取付
けられた湯温検出用の温度センサーと、マイクロ
コンピユータ等を備え、前記フロースイツチまた
は流量センサーや前記温度センサーからの信号を
受けて前記バーナの着火、前記電気ヒータのオン
、オフを制御して出湯湯温の制御を行う制御部と
を備えてなり、前記電気ヒータを水の流動状態で
は流動開始後のある時間でオフとし、無流動状態
では設定温度範囲の上限でオフ、下限でオンとす
