分に前記ノーズ部分を取り付けることによつて前
記カムが構成されており、前記カムの摺動面にお
いて前記本体部分と前記ノーズ部分との継ぎ目に
は弾力性のある材料で出来た回り止めが前記本体
部分の表面と前記ノーズ部分の表面とから若干張
り出して設けられていることを特徴とするエンジ
