Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高利得増幅器の入力端及び出力端間に帰還抵抗
    器が接続され、上記入力端に入力される入力電流
    を上記帰還抵抗器により電圧に変換して出力する
    電流―電圧変換回路において、 上記帰還抵抗器と並列に、半導体スイツチを介
    して接続された抵抗器と、 上記半導体スイツチの制御入力端と上記増幅器
    の出力端との間に接続された第１コンデンサと、 上記半導体スイツチの制御入力端と基準電位点
    又は上記増幅器の入力端との間に接続された第２
    コンデンサと、 上記半導体スイツチの制御入力端に接続された
    高出力インピーダンスの制御信号発生器とを具備
    することを特徴とする電流―電圧変換回路。
