Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 前工程で成型された鋳型Ａを次の鋳造工程
    へ搬送する往行ライン２と、鋳造工程を終えて鋳
    型Ａから離脱された型枠Ｄを回収して再使用のた
    めに搬入する復行ライン３との途中に設けた載せ
    替えステーシヨン４に、前記往行ライン２及び復
    行ライン３の間に往復して型枠Ｄを鋳型Ａに載せ
    替える型枠載せ替え機構１に於いて、該型枠載せ
    替え機構１に、異物捕集板２０及び異物を空気圧
    により排除する異物排除手段２１を有した型枠清
    掃機構５を備えることにより、前記型枠載せ替え
    機構１により型枠Ｄを吊上げる際に、該型枠Ｄの
    内壁面を擦るようにして異物を払い落すと共にこ
    の異物を、前記異物捕集板２０上に捕集すること
    を特徴とする型枠自動載せ替え機構に於ける型枠
    自動清掃装置。 (2) 型枠清掃機構５の底面を覆う広さの平板状
    を呈する異物捕集板２０と圧縮空気を送るホース
    １８及びノズル１９とにより構成した実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の異物排除手段。 (3) 左右及び前後方向に迫り出し自在にしたブ
    ラツシユ１３，１３ａと平行する横長のノズル１
    ９ａを有した実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載
    の異物排除手段。
