Claims (1)
- 内槽と中間槽および外槽で形成される超低温に
おいて、内槽外面および外槽内面並びに中間層の
内面および外面に、柔軟性を有する断熱材にて断
熱層を形成すると共に、内槽と中間槽および中間
槽と外槽間に形成した隔接間隔内に無機質材を小
径の球状に形成し、表面を光沢性ある金属材料の
薄膜状反射材で被覆した球状断熱材を積層して充
填し、かつ上記隔接間隔内を真空状態に形成した
ことを特徴とする超低温容器。
