When constructing a tunnel, it is desirable that the completed tunnel not only be robust but also highly waterproof and cold resistant. The reason for this is that if the tunnel is not waterproof, water from the ground above the tunnel will seep and drip into the tunnel, and if it is not waterproof and cold resistant, water will seep into the tunnel in the winter, especially in cold regions. Not only does the water freeze and become icicles that hang down from the top of the tunnel, causing accidents, but the tunnel itself freezes and becomes distorted, and this distortion remains without being completely restored even after thawing. This is because there is a risk that it may become damaged over many years.

Consists of a planar rectangular closed foam with appropriate elasticity,
A water-stopping layer made of a synthetic resin film, etc. is attached to the back side of a heat-insulating layer that has a protective layer made of an inorganic material such as glass fiber or asbestos integrally provided on the surface, and a water-permeable layer is provided on the back side of the water-stopping layer. Waterproof insulation comprising a main body formed by forming an engaging part for joining on one set of opposing sides, and providing a joining sheet on the protective layer or water-stop layer on the other set of opposing sides. Stepped mounting holes are transparently provided at appropriate locations on the plate, and a mounting member having a cup shape and a locking collar formed on the upper edge that fits into the step is inserted into the hole. Fit the waterproof heat insulating board into the hole, apply the joining sheet in the arched direction of the tunnel, apply the water permeable layer to the ceiling of the surface of the tunnel that is to be prevented from freezing, and remove the bottom of the attachment member. Then, drive fixing members such as anchor bolts into the surface and attach them to the cover. 1. Next, apply the joining sheets on both sides of the waterproof insulation board to the tunnel wall surface, and place other waterproof insulation boards on top of them. The sheets are bent or cut and arranged on the tunnel wall side, and the sheets are pasted and joined to the tunnel wall in the same manner as described above, thereby pasting the waterproof insulation board in an arch shape around the tunnel's inner periphery. On the other hand, it is characterized by sequentially engaging the corresponding engaging portion of another waterproof insulating board with the engaging portion of the waterproof insulating board in a watertight manner and adhering it to the surface of the tunnel in the same manner as described above. It is.

A is a waterproof heat insulating board as an example of the present invention, in which glass fiber, asbestos, etc. A protective layer 2 made of an inorganic material is laminated and fixed, while a water-stopping layer 3 made of a synthetic resin film or the like is laminated and fixed on the back side of the heat-insulating layer 1, and a water-stopping layer 3 made of elongated closed-cell foam or non-woven fabric or the like is formed on the back side of the water-stopping layer 3. The main body is constructed by attaching the bottom plates 4 consisting of the base plates 4 at appropriate intervals so that gaps 5 for water passage are formed between them,
Engaging parts 6 and 7 are provided on one side parallel to the gap 5 from the front side and the other side from the back side, and bonding sheets 8 and 9 are provided on the protective layer 2 on both sides perpendicular to the gap 5. It is pasted so that it sticks out.

尚、接合用シート8,9は止水層3に連設してもよい。Note that the joining sheets 8 and 9 may be provided continuously to the water stop layer 3.

First, an appropriate number of attachment holes 11 formed in the waterproof pan holder 10 are formed in the waterproof heat insulating board A with steps and the stepped portions are shaped to fit waterproof clothing, which will be described later. Apply one water-permeable layer to the ceiling of the surface of the tunnel t that is to be prevented from freezing, with the joining sheets 8 and 9 facing the arched direction of the tunnel t, and lock it on the upper periphery of the waterproof tray holder 10. A shallow cup-shaped waterproof garment 13 provided with a flange 12 was fitted, a caulking material 14 made of butyl rubber, etc. and a flat washer 15 were put in the bottom of the waterproof garment 13, and an anchor member 16 was screwed to the tip. Anchor bolt 17 with washer 15. Waterproof clothing 13. Attachment hole 1
1 into the hole 18 provided in the tunnel t, rotate the anchor bolt 17, and insert the anchor member 16 into the hole 18.
The waterproof heat insulating board A is attached to the tunnel t by pressing the water insulating board A to the tunnel t by performing pressure contact on each several floor hole 11.
Apply the joining sheets 8 and 9 on both sides of the tunnel t to the wall surface of the tunnel t, and place another waterproof heat insulating board on top of them by bending the joining sheet toward the tunnel wall surface. The work of adhering and bonding is carried out sequentially to adhere the inner circumference of the tunnel in an arch shape, while attaching the engaging portion 7 of another waterproof insulating board to the engaging portion 6 of the lower waterproof insulating board A that has been pasted. Interpose a caulking material between them to engage and connect them in a watertight manner, and if necessary, firmly fix the joints of the drawing boards with staples, and then sequentially join and fix the required amount of waterproof insulation boards in the upper and lateral directions. This is to complete the antifreeze work.

As mentioned above, even if water leaks from the upper wall of a tunnel constructed to prevent freezing using the waterproof and heat insulating board A of the present invention, the water flows down through the passageway formed by the void 5 and is discharged to the outside. Therefore, there is no risk of water leaking inside the tunnel, and even if cold wind blows through the tunnel during the winter, the cold air is protected by the protective layer 2. Water is blocked by the heat insulating layer 1 and is not transmitted to the tunnel wall, so there is no risk of the tunnel freezing.6However, since the joints of each waterproof heat insulating board are sealed watertight, there is no risk of water leaking from those joints. Not at all.

In addition, when actually performing antifreeze work on a tunnel, the waterproof insulation boards located at both ends of the tunnel in the length direction should have a protective layer on the side without an engaging part on the side that corresponds to the outside. In addition, the bonding sheet below the waterproof and heat insulating board located at the lowest position in the inner peripheral direction of the tunnel, that is, in the arched direction, is not provided with this, but a protective layer is provided in advance on the lower side as necessary.
