When constructing a tunnel, it is desirable that the completed tunnel not only be strong but also highly waterproof and cold resistant. The reason for this is that if the tunnel is not waterproof, water will seep into the tunnel from the ground above it, and if it is not waterproof and cold resistant, water will seep into the tunnel in the winter, especially in cold regions. Not only does the water freeze and become icicles that hang down from the top of the tunnel, causing accidents, but the tunnel itself freezes and becomes distorted, and this distortion remains without being completely restored even after thawing.
This is because there is a risk that it may become damaged over many years.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a waterproof insulation board for use in preventing freezing of tunnels and a construction method for preventing freezing of tunnels using the same, and the structure of the waterproof insulation board is as follows: A water-stopping layer made of synthetic resin film, etc. is attached to the back side of the heat insulating layer, which is made of a flat rectangular closed foam with appropriate elasticity and has a protective layer made of glass fiber or inorganic material such as asbestos on the surface. a water-permeable layer on the back side of the water-blocking layer, forming an engaging part for joining on one set of opposing sides, and a protective layer on another set of opposing sides. It is characterized by providing a joining sheet to the water stop layer, and the structure of the anti-freezing method is to apply appropriate insulation to the part of the primary lining or secondary lining of the tunnel that should be insulated. A water-stopping layer made of synthetic resin film, etc. is attached to the back side of the heat insulation layer, which is made of a rectangular closed foam with elasticity and has a protective layer made of glass fiber or inorganic material such as asbestos on the surface. A water-permeable layer is provided on the back side of the water-stopping layer, and an engaging part for joining is formed on one set of opposing sides of the main body, and a protective layer or A stepped mounting hole is provided at an appropriate location in a waterproof heat insulating board made of a water-stopping layer with a joining sheet, and a cup-shaped hole that fits into the step is secured to the upper edge of the hole. Fit the attachment member on which the flange has been formed into the attachment hole, and attach the waterproof insulation board to the ceiling of the surface of the tunnel that is to be prevented from freezing, with the joining sheet facing the arched direction of the tunnel. A fixing member such as an anchor bolt is driven into the surface from the bottom plate of the attachment member to attach it to the surface, and then a joining sheet on both sides of the waterproof insulation board is applied to the tunnel wall, On top of these, another waterproof and heat insulating board is placed by bending or cutting the bonding sheet toward the tunnel wall side, and sequentially adhering and bonding it to the tunnel wall in the same manner as described above. While attaching a waterproof heat insulating board in an arch shape to the inner periphery of the tunnel, the corresponding engaging part of another waterproof heat insulating board is watertightly engaged with the engaging part of the waterproof heat insulating board, and the surface of the tunnel is The feature is that the work of pasting is done sequentially.

A is a waterproof heat insulating board as an example of the present invention, which is a rectangular planar closed foam body 1a, 1b, 1 having appropriate elasticity.
A protective layer 2 made of an inorganic material such as glass fiber or asbestos is laminated and fixed on the surface of the heat insulating layer 1 formed by laminating and fixing the materials c and 1d, while a water stop layer made of a synthetic resin film or the like is provided on the back side of the heat insulating layer 1. 3 are laminated and fixed, and a bottom plate 4 made of elongated closed cell foam or non-woven fabric is attached to the back side of the water stop layer 3 at appropriate intervals so that gaps 5 for water passage are formed between them to form the main body. The engaging portions 6 and 7 are provided on one side parallel to the gap 5 from the front side and the other side from the back side, and a bonding sheet is provided on the protective layer 2 on both sides perpendicular to the gap 5. 8 and 9 are attached so that they stick out.
Note that the joining sheets 8 and 9 may be provided continuously to the water stop layer 3.

First, an appropriate number of mounting holes 11 formed in a waterproof plate support 10 having a stepped shape in which a waterproof plate, which will be described later, is fitted, are provided in the waterproof heat insulating board A. 1 sheet and the joining sheets 8 and 9 in a tunnel t
A water-permeable layer is applied to the ceiling of the surface of the tunnel t to be prevented from freezing in an arch-like direction, and a shallow cup-shaped waterproof tray is provided with a locking collar 12 on the upper periphery of the waterproof tray holder 10. 13, insert a caulking material 14 made of butyl rubber or the like and a flat washer 15 into the bottom of the waterproof plate 13, and then insert an anchor bolt 17 with an anchor member 16 screwed onto the tip of the washer 15, the waterproof plate 13, and the attachment hole. 11 into the hole 18 provided in the tunnel t, rotate the anchor bolt 17, and press the anchor member 16 into the hole 18 for each attachment hole 11, thereby attaching the waterproof insulation board A to the tunnel t. Then, apply the joining sheets 8 and 9 on both sides of this waterproof insulation board A to the wall of the tunnel t, and place another waterproof insulation board on top of them and bend the joining sheets toward the tunnel wall. The work of adhering and bonding to the tunnel t in the same manner as described above is carried out sequentially, and while adhering it in an arch shape to the inner circumference of the tunnel, it is attached to the engaging portion 6 of the lower waterproof and heat insulating board A that has been pasted. The engaging part 7 of the other waterproof heat insulating board is interposed with a caulking material in between to engage and connect in a watertight manner, and if necessary, the joined part of both boards is firmly fixed with staples, and then sequentially upward and laterally. The antifreeze work is completed by joining and fixing the required amount of waterproof and heat insulating boards.

As described above, even if water leaks from the upper wall of a tunnel constructed to prevent freezing using the waterproof and heat insulating board A of the present invention, the water flows down through the passageway formed by the void 5 and is discharged to the outside. Therefore, there is no risk of water leaking inside the tunnel, and even if cold wind blows through the tunnel during winter, the cold air is blocked by the protective layer 2 and the insulation layer 1 and is not transmitted to the tunnel wall. There is no risk of the tunnel freezing. Furthermore, since the joints of each waterproof and heat insulating board are sealed watertight, there is no risk of water leaking from these joints.

In addition, when actually performing antifreeze work on a tunnel, the waterproof insulation boards located at both ends of the tunnel in the length direction should have a protective layer on the side without an engaging part on the side that corresponds to the outside. In addition, the bonding sheet below the waterproof and heat insulating board located at the lowest position in the inner peripheral direction of the tunnel, that is, in the arched direction, is not provided with this, but a protective layer is provided in advance on the lower side as necessary.
