【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一側面に出入口を開放した箱形状をなし且
つ底部にキヤスタを有して移動可能としたルーム
本体内の清浄室天井上側にハウジング部を設け、
このハウジング部内に送風フアンにより圧送され
る空気を清浄化する高性能エアーフイルタを設け
、且つ前記清浄室天井略全面に亘つて配して前記
フイルタを通した清浄空気を該清浄室内に垂直層
流状態で降下するように吹出す目の細かい網目状
ネツト或いは多孔板よりなる整流吹出口を設け、
更にルーム本体の清浄室床面略全域に多孔板或い
はグレーチング等の通風可能な床板を設けると共
に、その床板下側の底部空間内に該床板を介して
室内垂直層流空気を一様に吸込ませる複数の抵抗
板を配設し、且つその底部空間から清浄室背面を
迂回して上部ハウジング内に連通するリターン風
路を設けて構成したことを特徴とする移動式簡易
型クリーンルーム。 (2) 送風フアンは、上部ハウジング内或いはリ
