Conventionally, a cleaning device attached to a panel and using forced or natural ventilation uses, for example, an exhaust louver, a fan, etc. to exhaust dirty air from the room to the other side. Or one that introduces clean air from outside into the room. There were types that used both of these types, but in all of them, the intake and exhaust air moved from the indoor to the outdoor, or from the outdoor to the indoor, through a window opened in the panel. It was hot.

For this reason, it is possible to improve the air environment in each room by, for example, discharging indoor cigarette smoke under the wax and guiding cold air into the heated room. has not been done. In conventional examples where forced ventilation devices are attached to panels, the motor for the device makes a loud noise, and the noise inside the room is bothersome.

Note that mounting equipment on panels is limited by the width and thickness of the panel, so large, efficient forced ventilation equipment is used as a so-called air conditioner, with a centralized air management system in which each room has only a duct opening. It is set up. However, even if the air in the entire building is managed in this way, there is a need to clean the air in each room or in a special room. For example, the reception area, reception room, conference room, computer room, dispensing room, pharmaceutical preparation room, smoking room, etc.

Electrostatic precipitators have also become smaller, but none are slim enough to be built into panel bodies, nor have the hollow interiors of panels been used as ducts. By incorporating an electrostatic precipitator into the panel and making the panel itself into a duct, it is possible to meet the above-mentioned conventional air purification requirements for each room.
Furthermore, an efficient electrostatic precipitator was developed, marking the completion of this invention.

In the present invention, an electrostatic precipitator is attached to a panel at a partition construction site, and the inside of the panel is used as a ventilation duct. The ventilation is characterized by entering the inside of the panel (duct) from the top of the panel, passing through an electrostatic precipitator, and returning to the same room from the bottom of the panel.

First, the structure of the embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. The duct panel 1 is composed of a front panel 2 and a back panel 3. The front panel 2 and the back panel 3 are used facing each other with a hollow section formed therebetween. The hollow portion has a duct width W. On the top of the table structure panel 2, as shown in FIG.
is opened like a window. Similarly, an exhaust port 7 is opened at the bottom thereof. The back panel 3 is not provided with such an opening. The electrostatic precipitator 4 is moved in and out of the mounting opening 6 of the front panel 2 and installed in the hollow portion (the structure and mounting method of the electrostatic precipitator are not shown and are well known).

The outer diameter between 9 and 19 is equal to the duct width thickness W. To install the first duct reinforcing material 9, turn the R surface 11 downward, align one edge of the R surface 11 with the upper end 12 of the air intake port 5 of the front panel 2, and attach the legs 19, 19. , back side 1 of front and back component panels 2 and 3
0 and 10, and connected to the treads 8 and 8. The duct reinforcement material 9 has a duct width thickness W,
The hollow part at the top of the panel is closed. Similarly, the lower part of the hollow part is closed with another duct reinforcing material 9. That is, other duct reinforcing material 9
, with its R surface 11 facing upward, the edge of the R surface 11 is aligned with the lower end 13 of the exhaust port 7, and the back surfaces 1 of the front and back constituent panels 2 and 3 are placed so that the duct width W is equal to
0 and 10, and connect and fix it to the studs 8 and 8.

Next, the functions and effects of this duct panel 1 will be described. A duct 18 that opens upwards and downwards into the room has already been formed inside the duct panel 1, but the power switch 17 powers the electric precipitator 4 and turns the intake fan (not shown). When the air is blown downward in the duct 18, the air is sent from the top to the bottom in the duct 18. On the other hand, the air inside the room circulates through a convection phenomenon in which it is warmed and rises, cooled and falls, but the air above the room is taken in from the top of the duct 18, sent down, and then discharged into the room. This changes the flow of indoor air to center (mainly) the duct 18 of the duct panel 1. Warm air in the upper part of the room passes through the air inlet 5 from the ventilation hole 15 of the decorative top lid 14, is guided downward by the R surface 11 of the upper duct reinforcing material 9, and is already formed by high-pressure discharge. . Enters the electric field of electrostatic precipitator 4. Micron-sized particles contaminating the air are charged and instantly adsorbed to the electrode plate of the electrostatic precipitator 4. The air is thus clean, descends inside the duct 18, and is transported by the R surface 11 of the lower duct reinforcement 9.
The discharge is guided and passes through the exhaust port 7 to the makeup lower lid 1.
6, returns to the lower part of the room, meets the indoor convection again, rises, and is taken into the duct 18, forming a circulation. The indoor air quality is improved in proportion to the degree of ventilation in the duct 18 and the performance of the electrostatic precipitator.

The duct 18 has a narrow structure with a panel hollow width W, which is different from a normal duct, and can change the flow rate of ventilation even in natural ventilation. In addition, the air passing through the electric field of the electrostatic precipitator is cooled by contacting the electrode plates, so that its descent is assisted. These work in addition to the ventilation effect of the intake (exhaust) fan for forced ventilation. Furthermore, during development, an electrostatic precipitator was invented that does not require any of these fans or motors, making the duct panel 1 even more effective.

In a large (air capacity) room or the like, it is also effective to use a plurality of these duct panels 1, 1.... For example, on the four walls that make up the room,
If the duct panels 1, 1, 1, 1 are used facing each other (opposing each other), the circulation of indoor air will be accelerated throughout. Severe environmental conditions in pharmaceutical preparation rooms, dispensing rooms, etc. can be dealt with by using a large number of DADATO panels 1 as panels.
