た構造により、製品重量が増すと共に、全体とし
て切削成型加工を極めて複雑となし、加工々数を
増して著しく生産性の低減を余儀なくされる問題
を有するものであつた。

れぞれ配管端部に熔着するためその強度を向上で

にそれぞれ同芯状に位置させ、且つ鑞熔着孔4部
と支持孔7部若くは欠円支持孔7′部との対向面
間に任意間隔を保持した状態をもつて、端金具本
体1側の組付け孔2の一方の孔周端面3に鑞熔着
8して固定せしめて構成してなるものである。補
強梁部材5側の係合孔6と組付け孔2の一方の孔
周端面3への取付けは、係合孔6の内径を端金具
本体側の組付け孔2の孔径より小さくして重合し
てもよいし、又、第3図に示すごとく係合孔6の
孔周端部をわずかに内側に折り曲げ、該折り曲げ
部を組付け孔2の孔周壁に嵌合してもよい。いず
れにしてもこれら孔6,4を鑞熔着することによ
り、端金具本体の内側周面と組付けボルトとの間
に間隙を有して流通路9を形成せしめて構成する
ものである。尚8′,8″は鑞熔着部である。

熔着強度を充分となす結果となり、従つて配管P
側の曲げ形状のバラツキ、不具合時の無理な取付
け、或いは加振状態下等においても、鑞熔着部の
配管側にみられる亀裂折損を防止軽減することが
できるものである。
