Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the service life of a stamper by applying solid lubrication treatment to the rear side of the stamper. CONSTITUTION:Fixed lubrication is applied to the rear side of the stamper used for the injection molding such as a record disc or compact disc to reduce the wear caused by a specular face plate which is in contact with the stamper rear face. Thus, the durability of the stamper and specular plate is improved and the quality of the molded product is improved.

The present invention improves the durability of the stamper and mirror plate by applying fixed lubrication to the back surface of the stamper used for injection α-types of records, compact discs, etc., and reducing wear on the mirror plate that contacts the back surface of the stamper. Furthermore, the quality improvement of the stamped product can be achieved.

The back surface is polished to a smooth finish with a surface roughness of 0.01B, and is performed to reduce the amount of abrasion with the mirror plate, but since the stamper is nickel itself, the hardness is 11V20.
0 to 300, which is a low 900%, and scratches occur due to friction between the mirror plate and the mirror plate during injection molding, and the scratches become larger during long-term stamping, and at a crossroads, the scratches are used for injection molding. It becomes defective because it is transferred to the shaped product.

In order to increase the hardness of the stamper, attempts have been made to use nickel-cobalt electroforming and surface hardening treatments, but the mirror plate material of the mold has a hardness of H750, such as Starbucks.
Since the hardness of the stamper is limited to approximately 0, as the hardness of the stamper increases, the mirror plate becomes more abrasive, resulting in higher costs.

According to the present invention, the coefficient of friction between the back surface of the stand bar and the mirror plate is
At 0.3 or less, it can be made much lower than in the case of metal-to-metal contact, thereby reducing the occurrence of friction scratches and making it possible to significantly improve the life of the stamper.
